They shaved my puppy to the skin! There was absolutely no reason except maybe laziness. his nails were no trimmed. Terrible experience.

I dropped 3 dogs off this morning for their grooming appointment. I asked for them to be shaved down so the matting could be removed, and nails to be trimmed. I was told that they would be ready by noon, and they were. I was given a price, and they stood by the price without adding hidden fees. And, with 3 freshly groomed maniacs to maneuver to the car, I was even offered a hand with loading them back up for the trip home. As long as the service remains this way, I believe I've found my new dog groomer! read more

I had a family member take her dog here after a recommendation First, the price was above what a general fee would be, but since it was recommended she went ahead, and let them groom the dog. After getting the dog back they lit skinned the dog down to nothing. Also injuring the dog severally she had to take him to the vet, and he had to go on medicine. After she went in to explain the situation to the OWNER, the owner was very rude, disregarded the injury to the dog, and stated she didn't care. she refused to refund any fee, and also never apologized for the injury. What she did not take into regard is that her family is skilled within the laws, and will be turning over this case to the proper authorities including animal control. This is in no way a proper way to handle a business when dealing with animals that individuals love, and care for like their family. This is not over by a long shot, and we will use all legal means now to obtain ATT fees and reimbursement for vet bills and groomer's fees. It would have been in the owner's best interest to just be professional. read more

I was excited to check out this brand new business today! Ashley had groomed my lab before at another salon (where she worked) once before. We loved what she did with our Raven (the lab), but the salon location was not convenient so we didn't frequent it. I was excited to learn recently that Ashley was opening her own shop, and thrilled to give it a try! Admittedly, I first looked for a web site which they don't have up and running yet. But I got in touch with Ashley, set up an appointment and headed out the door. The store front doesn't have their (big) signs up YET, and Google maps was off a bit, so I had to call to figure out exactly where I was going. (And Google Maps got me close - so I wasn't far.) But after that, it was smooth sailing. Perhaps the best thing about patronizing a new business is that you don't have to beg for an appointment and they will bend over backwards to make sure you are satisfied. My experience today reinforced just that. And since it's a small business, the owner is the one running the show and she will MAKE SURE you are happy! The price was FABULOUS for my big old furr ball (a 2 year old Great Pyrenees). I got a same day appointment. Katniss (my GP) was in and out in about 2 hours (and believe me, it takes that long to groom this dog!) The groomer knew to cut her double dew claws even though I forgot to remind them (most groomers will miss since this is a breed specific thing). My girl looked and smelled BEAUTIFUL and the smile on her face was the cherry on top! I could tell she was not stressed and had been enjoying the attention. That makes me so happy! Ashley, the owner, did a GREAT JOB for us. I am not surprised. I hope her business flourishes! Give them a try! read more

Ms. Ashley and her staff are so AMAZING! We have a Westie that is allergic to EVERYTHING and she took her time and a whole lot of patience to groom her with special shampoo's and conditioner's and ground her nails. Our dog would look show room perfect if it weren't for the allergies and her itching all the time. She also worked on our Healer Clyde! He is not a fan of other people playing with his paws but let her do what she wanted and was extremely happy when he was picked up.
