I hired S & J Electric - Jonathan who is the owner of this establishment. He came and did the work for me, just to find out that he has done things AGAINS THE CODE/RULES. Cost of his work was $4000 - lots of money for the work that was done wrongly and putting my family at risk. At this time I have to hire people to come and correct the issues that Johnathan caused or created. I have contacted Jonathan and informed him what the inspector said that his work did not pass the inspection and that his work needs to be corrected. At first Jonathan was angry and said that he doesn't want to waste his time coming back to correct the issue, but after while he promissed that he will come and correct his mistakes - no show ups few times. This is very unfortunate as I really liked the Johnathan and his father and have hoped that I have found a good electrician that I can utilize for many projects in years to come. Now I have to report him to the governing entities.

But I MUST say this: I already have had a great communication experience--and that matters--why? What the hell has happened to basic business protocol these days? I was advised by experts already dealing with my inspection issue "who to call", these major providers, four of them, never called me back, never returned my texts, and gave me an overwhelm of phone menus, AI messaging, unreturned phone calls. Appalling. What has happened? These are businesses. In business. BUT . . . Then came JME, who had a HUMAN on the phone when I called, who connected me with a HUMAN techinician, then back to a HUMAN. EXCELLENT SERVICE SO FAR!! I do not mind AI, but not to the point of just ignoring customers completely. ONLY JME ELECTRIC IS STILL HUMAN! (If I wanted C3Po and R2-D2 to fix my electric, I would have moved to the dang planet Tatooine!

Other licensed competitors estimated half of what JME Electric priced and explained the amount and brand of materials, and hours of labor. $69 and two hours of my time wasted with JME.
