But You will find Them to be incredibly helpful whenever called into action.   Chapter 3: "Like Money Darlin', Respect is Earned" Prices are very reasonable at this Store and I never find Myself thinking damn this Book costs way too much here. They have tons of personalized options which we didn't get today but would go here for all things kid's personalization. The lady who attended us was so friendly and gave the birthday girl a small gift which was sweet, appreciated, and the little things that separate big chain store from local small businesses. Ugh! Got the phone number off receipt and after 8 calls could not get anyone to answer, outside of pharmacy & optical couldn't even leave a message. Went to return this morning, girl says "Grose!" & credits me. Period. I tell her about calling, she says - Yes I've heard that. Ask if they received fresh bread, u'll have to check was her answer. Lost a customer today!
