While waiting, the manager, Mike, approached them asking why they were there. She politely explained she was waiting for her order, but he remained unfriendly when handing it to her. When I picked them up, my daughter was extremely upset. I went inside to address it, Mike proceeded to inform me that he needed to check his cameras because they were standing near the cake refrigerator "snickering." I was very offended that he would imply they may have stolen something without actually seeing them do anything. He proceeded to tell me that my daughter was banned from the store. I've visited this location many times and have never experienced treatment like this. Very disappointing to see my daughter or any minor for that matter treated like this.

Honestly, what kind of ice cream shop--especially one charging premium prices--won't let a child try a tiny sample before committing? It makes zero sense. Between the unfriendly policy and the lack of basic customer service, we won't be going back. Zero stars from us.
