I also have to hand it to BJ who did the installations. We spread this project over 3 orders a couple weeks apart to take time figuring out what we needed. Each time, BJ was thorough, thoughtful, and fast. We have black windows throughout the house, which is new for us and made design selections a little trickier, but the results are outstanding. Wil and team went above and beyond to get the colors exactly right and ensure everything was measured and designed to spec for each window. There are way more decisions to make than you realize, so having someone knowledgeable to walk us through the options made all the difference. The results speak for themselves. I wish the photos did them justice! They're even better in person. We went with white 2-inch faux wood blinds (they look awesome with the black windows!), sheer black solar roller shades, and extra-large wood plantation shutters custom painted to match the window trim. We needed to swap out damaged panels and fully replace others for 70 feet of fencing, including one 4' wide single gate. The final result is a clean, professional install using the standard 4'H Aluminum Smooth Top - 3-Rail panel style, and it looks excellent. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Jacob was unable to get back to me in a timely manner due to personal reasons. In the meantime, I decided to sign with another company to complete the work I need on my property. I was disappointed that I hadn't heard back from Jacob, so I left a review here expressing that disappointment. Almost immediately upon submitting my review, the owner responded. A short time later, Jacob called to explain why he hadn't gotten back to me and apologized for having dropped the ball. While I cannot speak to the quality of their work because I did not end up hiring them, I am changing my review because I feel like the owner and Jacob reaching out despite already having lost me as a customer shows integrity and care that is lacking in many contractor businesses these days. From start to finish, I was impressed with the professionalism. Justin was severely injured in a car accident after we finalized the contract and the project was delayed for about 2 months while he recovered. I could've worked with another company during that period but preferred to have the job completed by his team. It's challenging to find a a company you can trust that also does quality work and is reasonably priced. I'm fortunate to have crossed paths with Justin. He is a man of integrity. Through it all he remained in constant communication. He was easy to work with. We were able to talk through any questions I had about the invoice and he made modifications when requested. Once the job started, his team showed up early and worked the entire day. They did a great job cleaning up each day which was important since I stayed in the house during the renovation. It is truly a family business. Justin and his wife came when the job was complete to check on things and to help haul away the trash. I love my master bathroom! It is an oasis. Needless to say, rebuilding the door frame was not in the original scope of work. However, Justin rebuilt the door casing, as well as installed the tub. Even with the additional work, the job was completed the same day and the rebuilt door frame was flawless. Highly recommend this team!

Found torn shingles were…read moreinstalled, butt indentations left where installers sat on the ridge vent, chimney cap crew set a ladder on the new roof and sliced into the shingles, gutter crew installed 1 gutter sloping the wrong way and another gutter leaks at a 90° angle, water stain in the bathroom from not covering all the bare roof during a thunderstorm. They will fix the problems though if you find them. Always inspect new work done by anyone.
