The team is incredibly skilled and they were constantly checking on details I would have never even considered. They were very respectful of our space, used high-quality materials, and made sure nothing affected our HOA restrictions (as much as we wish we could replace the fence!). Once that occurred, we got another company to demo the shower and the 24 X 48 tiles literally fell off the walls. I see that you changed the name and filed for a business license on 12/31/2024 (after you were last on our property mid-December). Congratulations. Remember in the state of GA, when you don't do the work yourself (since your knees are bad, remember?), you need a contractor's license for jobs over $2500.

The sales person Charlie met with me and took the appropriate measurements, was respectful of my time, and gave us plenty of options. Their professionalism was what sold me on the company--they were not trying to upsell me, or overcharge like other companies would (one other company gave us a 3 hour sales pitch and quoted 20k for the same six windows). Universal gave us a reasonable price and didn't take up unnecessary time. Eugeniy personally ordered the windows to the custom measurements, and when they arrived he brought one to store so that it wouldn't be damaged in transit. He had recommended that we install a new window in our exit door and it was the right call--that entire area looks much improved! The installers were prompt, professional, and the end result was clean, precise, and expertly done. Eugeniy himself came to check the quality of their work and made sure it was done to his standard before receiving the final payment. It is difficult to know who to trust with these projects--if you're looking for knowledgeable professionals who will meet your budgetary and time constraints, with great communication this is the company you want to go with. He installed 4 structural posts, replaced ties and repaired as needed. He is an extremely hard worker and goes above and beyond to get the job done. His bid included addressing the structural issues instead of just replacing ties at a very good bid while the other 2 contractors just wanted to replace ties and never discussed the lack of dead men/supports in one area of the wall. He cleaned up after he was done and it was left immaculate. I would highly recommend Mark and would call on him again. Very friendly and good man, one of the best contractors I've hired.

When confronted, rather than take accountability, he denied responsibility--just as he has done with other documented complaints online. He will take your deposit and extort more funds for the job to be completed. This situation left my property compromised, unsafe, and requiring immediate corrective work. I strongly caution anyone considering Trimelogic to avoid this contractor entirely. Engaging Alex with your home exposes you to severe financial loss and safety risks.
