I tried to explain to her politely that she could've told me when she was out moving the cones that she was cutting line off. But then they started to get sarcastic with me and said what do you want? Do you want us here until midnight or something and I said no I don't want you here till midnight! But, you could've told me that you were closing or the lead could've told me that you're closing when she was out there and I would have not waited in line. So then a third one jumped in and started yelling at me about closing at seven and I finally drove off and said y'all a bunch of. Because they lost it...i'm never going back to Swig! The drinks are not that good and the service is horrible!! I ordered a POG once It's supposed to be pineapple orange juice and guava, and it was something like orange juice, sodawater and I don't even know but it it was horrible. I would not go to this place and I've been going for some time!! Finally, this is what it took to get me to quit going. The restaurant industry wants to know why people are so upset with them. It's because of situations like this where these young kids feel entitled to treat people like dirt even when I was trying to be polite with them. It's like they want to take their stuff out on us and I didn't do anything to them. The argument for service would have NEVER OCCURRED...the girl taking orders walked in as I drove up to the building! They could have sent her back to tell us they were closing. Behind me there were three more cars...I hope I've articulated that this all could have been avoided by the work lead walking up to my car prior to me getting in to the driveway and simply saying the car in front of you was the last car for service.
