We received fantastic service from the moment we were greeted at the door. The menu is littered with unfamiliar terms and ingredients that you may want to Google beforehand. My husband and I did this before our visit and really had fun learning new names and techniques. It made our visit even better and we were very excited to try new dishes. We were a foursome and treated the menu more like a tapas, sharing bites among friends. This allowed us the opportunity to sample many more dishes than usual. The bread was moist and delicious but that mousse was simply fantastic. I've never had anything like it and would buy it by the jar if I could. The Concha is another delightfully unique dish. They take strawberry ice cream, coat it with cornflakes and deep fry it. It turns out looking like a fried chicken breast. They use a Mexican style sweet bread for the buns and deliver it with a knife stuck into the "sandwich" as you'd expect with the real thing.
