He was extremely helpful and gave me a new case for my phone. He told me the Samsung A models were built to be discontinued in the future and it would be best if I were to get an S23,24 or 25 when/if I decide to get a new phone. He said the A models only last 2 years which is correct. He told me I could bring my old phone in and transfer the data from it to my current phone or if I wanted to wait until I got a new phone, they could transfer the data to it too. I called for a quote, they picked up the chairs, and a few days later, they redelivered the finished product. I had my own fabric, which I had purchased in the Garment District in NYC. These chairs are over 50 years old, and the upholstery and padding were original. The reupholstered chairs are lovely! Every little tuck is done perfectly, and the bottom of the chairs looks so clean and finished. With a very reasonable price, Roeber's did a great job, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs upholstery work!

Like most people I don't usually leave 5 star reviews when I get good service. But after using…read morethis business for 3+ years, and seeing the other reviewers comments, I've got to shine some light. In this store they have mostly TVs that are sold open box in like new condition. They also have others that are sold with very slight defects. (They were up front w me and told me when showing me the ones that had very slight defects) I couldn't notice the defects on some of them in the store but they told me about it and even pulled up video on the screen to show me. I imagine there is no return or exchange policy on these defective units. I've never pulled the trigger on any of the HEAAAAVILY DISCOUNTED ones with blemishes, or defects, so I can't attest to those ones. My friends and family have always bought the like new ones. Between me and my friends, we have now bought 4 high end Oled TVs total from here. 1 of them did have some slight vertical banding in the picture, that we didn't notice until we got it home, but even though it were sold as open box, the owner was awesome and offered to swap it out or refund it. We brought it back, and since he didn't have the same model in stock he put the money right back on my card. The curb appeal of the place isn't the greatest, but it's the best place to get high end TVs for sure!

He also looked at my phone camera and fixed it without charge (needed a soft reset). I went back two weeks later and Osiris helped me out again by looking at my phone. I tried to fix my phone myself by buying a screen off Amazon. For some reason the phone didn't turn on after I tried to fix it myself, but Osiris took a look at it and fixed it for me free of charge. He will diagnose your phone first free of charge and then let you know if it's fixable or not and will tell you the price up front; no hidden charges or extra fees later on. I will keep going back here in the future for any phone related issues.

They will make you aware of additional things to buy: protection plans, cases, etc. Gilles overheard me talking about getting an Xbox for my boy and was sure to offer to sell me one and to finance it. They weren't pushy at all, but they definitely made me aware of opportunities to purchase thingss. They also have a tip jar, and the credit card keypad asked me to leave a tip. I say that because I'm one of those annoying people who doesn't much care for leaving tips; I'd rather see them just put the "tip" into the cost of the service. But it's not that big a deal. All that said, I'll be using these guys again. They did a fine job, and I'm very satisfied with their service, costs, and professionalism. Recommended.
