They quoted me $350 to fix the front and back glass which was reasonable. I asked if if would be "like new" after that and they assured me it would be. When we got it back, the camera was messed up and the battery only lasts 30 minutes. They tell me that it's water damage and that's to be expected. I told them that they're the "experts" and they should've mentioned that possibility either before or when it was opened up, instead of telling me it would be "like new". They were rude after we discussed with them and wouldn't even give us a deal if we wanted to put in a new battery with them. They were dishonest with us up front, as we probably wouldn't have paid $350 for a repair that leaves the phone mostly useless. Now we had to pay that AND likely have to pay to replace the entire phone. Don't trust these people.

I took my phone back and when he opened my phone he saw that soda or some liquid had spilled and was all over the inside of my phone and screen. He scrubbed and cleaned the inside of my phone and replaced the screen again for no charge. Took them two weeks…read more When I picked up my watch a wore it that afternoon, I noticed the face of watch got foggy when I washed my hands, within hours of picking it up. Took it off and realized the back of watch was not properly installed, therefore leaked water inside the watch. Drove back to store, they realized their error, shipped my watch back to Switzerland (to the manufacturer) , I waited 2 months and received a phone call telling me me my watch was repaired and I owed $500.00 for repair. The audacity!!!! I threatened to take them to small claims court, report them to the Better Business Bureau and call tv stations to share my story. Needless to say, I picked up my watch with no charge and would NEVER do business with this store again. Beware!
