My experience? Day 1 Removed 16 teeth and was fitted with full temporary implants. All my decision, could have gone partial, but knew what the future held and went the full Monty. Uppers and Lowers. 1 month evaluation and progress, evaluate healing and gums, your gums shrink after healing, leaving a void between your temps and gums. Water pick is mandatory. 2 months Removed temps, repaired them from grinding (my fault) didn't have my bite guard in. Then they templated my healed gums for permanent teeth. reinstall repaired temps. No charge for repair. 3.5 months return to get my permanent implants. was given the molds made for my process and procedure. Clear choice St Louis was the right providers for me. Considerably more expensive than the "Las Vegas" option but some things are not worth bargain shopping for. Or you could say that quality has a price. Financially and emotionally. Even their own oral surgeon advised surgery, bone, hygiene were excellent. Prosthetic was problem. May be putting too much pressure on salivary glands. He would talk to Prosthetic team and they would call me. Didn't hear anything and in extreme pain so went to office Monday without appointment requesting Prosthetic removal. Advised no. Told them i wasn't leaving until they were removed. Too much pain. After an hour or so. They were removed. I once again advised lowers and uppers were loose. The assistant confirmed uppers loose but didn't touch lowers. Put on caps, I left but no one set up time to discuss the bad Prosthetic. They simply sent letter dumping me as a patient because they weren't going to fix the defective Prosthetic that I paid $54000 for, and do you think they are going to refund the .money since they didn't meet their obligation? Just send me elsewhere so I can pay more money to fix their screw-up! My mouth is so sore I can't eat, drink nor talk. Pain pills no longer help. Unable to post picture but my mouth is so badly injured, the other dentist can't do anything for 3-4 weeks so mouth can heal. Again, cannot post picture of letter dated July 6 sent from Dr Pinkston advising they will no longer be my dental provider. Been complaining since early 2025 but they never fixed problem. Just push me off to another company. Don't care about their patients. Only the money. I just read Aspen Dental who owns Choice Care is about to go bankrupt.

Went in two weeks ago to get checked out. Had a broken tooth on my upper flipper. I fixed it…read moremyself. But got the exam, cleaning, x-rays etc. Had some tool draw out a new upper partial so I could get a new and stronger one. My problem is with the one guy, that did the x-ray. Very rude and a complete smartass. I kept my mouth shut. I never let anyone talk to me the way he did. But I stayed silent. This past Friday, (2weeks) I was to wait for my partial I went back to get it. Had the same rude little guy serve me up with attitude. He told me I had to put the new partial in and suffer for 2 weeks till my teeth got used to it. It wasn't even close to fitting. I told him "If you hurt me, I'm hurting you". Because it wasn't even close killing me. He ran an told the office manager, ( who is a young smartass that ℹ threatened him! I never threatened anyone. After that the OM came in and got in my face. Borderline me coming out of the chair. These two individuals that are working there need to be released. You don't act like a full blown smartass to the customer. I am filing a complaint and possibly seeking a lawyer. I'm going back wed to get my over priced partial and leaving. Do not go to this Aspen Dental office. They used to be good. Not anymore! I've gone through wisdom…read moretooth removal, double jaw surgery, and hardware removal with him in the last couple of years and couldn't have picked a better surgeon. I put off getting my wisdom teeth removed for nearly a decade because every surgeon I saw told me I would be left with permanent nerve damage based on the positioning of my teeth. Dr. Morris got my wisdom teeth out with no lasting impact. I had a terrible experience with another surgeon preparing me for major orthognathic surgery (double jaw surgery). Dr. Morris took over and made sure I was informed every step of the way. He stayed with me through my recovery, often accommodating last minute appointments on a weekly basis. He even showed up to the hospital to check on me on a weekend when I was readmitted after my surgery (at no fault of his own- I'm immune compromised and had some persistent infection issues). The whole process was easy to navigate, including appointments, dealing with insurance, etc.. His team is awesome, and they always made me feel at home in the office. I truly felt like everyone there was celebrating my progress each week I came in during my recovery. I see some of these other reviews complaining about his bedside manner. If you want someone to coddle you and sugarcoat things, he's probably not your guy. If you want someone to actually support you, show you genuine respect, give you real medical advice, and deliver perfect surgical outcomes, you've found the right place. The medical procedures he did for me have changed my life, and I'm so glad I trusted him. Dr. Morris is the best of the best.

Until I seen Dr. Morris, when I first seen him and told me he could fix me and wow that joy I felt to finally hear those words. seeing so many doctors and never having hope or the care that I got from Dr. Morris and his office!
