When I arrived for my appointment, it was the same thing. The dentist seemed very competent and friendly, as well as the hygienist and the other employees. My problem took place in the middle of my extractions. I don't know if they are trying to save money or what, but they turned off the medication while they were still pulling a tooth out of my mouth. My wife said she could hear me from the waiting room and I know the doors were closed when I sat down in the chair. Once they were finished, they woke me up. Put ice on my jaws handing me a bowl of ice cream and hustled me out the door. Again, I can't can't say how nice and polite everybody was, but it certainly worries me that for whatever reason the medication was turned off in the middle of my oral surgery. They called to remind me to not eat or drink the day of my surgery and the day of they were so nice and informative, they made sure I was comfortable and wanted me to ask any questions I had. In March my dentist told me that I had extreme deep gum pockets on my wisdom teeth and If I don't get them removed that I would develop a abscess, that would be really painful, infectious and my face would be swollen. I decided then to have my wisdom removed. I was referred to Dr. M my Dr's office. I'm so glad I was. He was excellent. I got the local anesthesia because it was too expensive for the sedated anesthesia so I was nervous thinking that I would feel alot of pressure in the process of having my wisdom teeth removed but I didn't feel nothing, not even the injections from the needle.
