Went in two weeks ago to get checked out. Had a broken tooth on my upper flipper. I fixed it myself. But got the exam, cleaning, x-rays etc. Had some tool draw out a new upper partial so I could get a new and stronger one. My problem is with the one guy, that did the x-ray. Very rude and a complete smartass. I kept my mouth shut. I never let anyone talk to me the way he did. But I stayed silent. This past Friday, (2weeks) I was to wait for my partial I went back to get it. Had the same rude little guy serve me up with attitude. He told me I had to put the new partial in and suffer for 2 weeks till my teeth got used to it. It wasn't even close to fitting. I told him "If you hurt me, I'm hurting you". Because it wasn't even close killing me. He ran an told the office manager, ( who is a young smartass that ℹ threatened him! I never threatened anyone. After that the OM came in and got in my face. Borderline me coming out of the chair. These two individuals that are working there need to be released. You don't act like a full blown smartass to the customer. I am filing a complaint and possibly seeking a lawyer. I'm going back wed to get my over priced partial and leaving. Do not go to this Aspen Dental office. They used to be good. Not anymore! Boy friend went to get cracked tooth fixed..it had infection..the did a deep cleaning caused a bad infection and got antibiotics..was so bad his mouth was so swollen. After taking all meds. Dr good at extraction. The desk reception was nice but did not know what she was doing charging him two separate times on debit card. Then after deep cleaning take you give you dental schedule of what needs to be done. 9,000 worth..no way go somewhere else. They see how much insurance covers and try to get more money. Insurance would not cover deep cleaning. Of course not he was there for cracked tooth. The office mgr said I do not understand insurance etc. I have 20 years medical. We will not go back and tell others not to also. read more

I had two partials and they did such a great job . I needed two teeth filled and they look fantastic and without any pain .i had two really awful dentist and I was very happy to go to someone that did such a great job. Thanks for changing my mind on how a dentist is supposed to do work without being in pain. read more

They lie about pricing. They have charged me for a tooth # that had been pulled over a year before they pulled it so my insurance refused to pay. Another visit they refused to bill my insurance. I paid for the first visit from August 2023 and they continue to bill me for it. I have had no bottom teeth since January 2024 because they refuse to do the basic denture on the Aspen website. I have bone protruding in my gum from the removed teeth that is very painful. I can't believe what they have done to me. read more

Horrible place!! I went in for a toothache and got conned into a 10,000 dental plan by their salesperson. I was never a candidate for partials without having bone removed! After having 6 teeth pulled with no antibiotics or pain meds given (until I had 2 dry sockets) a deep clean and some cheap plastic partials made several times that never fit, I asked for the remaining 3,000 to be credited back so I could go to someone qualified. I now cannot afford to have the work done I needed to begin with thanks to them and am now nutrient deficient since I cannot eat properly! I may just contact a lawyer at this point. read more

Went to get 9 teeth pulled and temporary dentures. I was very nervous about doing this. Dental Asst. Deon Neal & Dr. Kroni made me feel very comfortable. I got anxiety in the middle of session, they stopped and made me feel very comfortable. Next day no pain at all. Great job and great staff!!!! read more

Called and made an appointment but you don't get the office you call it goes to their call center. I was told they took my insurance and was given an appointment in a week. Being on SSI with a better dental plan I needed my upper dentures re aligned which is a simple dental procedure. Also wanted an assessment of my lower teeth. Arrived at appointment (you have to double check) told her I had a 11am appointment gave her my name and made sure they accepted my insurance. Once again I was lied to by the call center. I was told no they don't take my insurance. Had an appointment last year and was told the the same thing. I upgraded my SSI Medicare Plan and went to a further away location. DOUBLE check or if you go ahead with your appointment w/o checking your going to get a hefty bill. Last year they called to verify I was coming, asked what was having done and when I told the upper denture aligned, she told me they couldn't guarantee an an alignment WTH? read more

I wish I didnt have to give any stars. The service once in the managers office (Rozalyn Porter Office Manager- 4306) to discuss pricing was absolutely awful. The lack of understanding and empathy about finances and the insulting conversations she had with us as if how we felt did not matter was extremely unprofessional. Not only were we hit with almost $15k bill if me and my fiance were to have both our teeth worked on, Rozalyn made sure to laugh and tell us "Well then you don't have to come here" when we were trying to figure out how we could afford it, in which my response was that we would not and we got up and walked out. I was told on the phone when I made my consultation appointment that there were 3 different plans of MOTTO to choose from. This is their knock off version of Invisalign. They stated that the cost for MOTTO started out at $1800 but that it would no matter what be 50% off what the InvisalignEssential cost which is normally $5040. THIS IS STATED ON THEIR WEBSITE. This would be that the most expensive plan should cost $2520. When I explained this phone conversation to Rozalyn she dismissed it and told me that the only plan they offer is the Complete plan which would cost us over $4000. I wanted to pay in full .I showed her the website as well what it says and her response was "Aspens call centers don't work in our office and don't know the plans we offer", as if it's not listed on the website the exact way the person I spoke with explained. I even showed her how even though that Aspen is privately owned, no where on the website or phone calls I had does it say that prices may vary depending on the location. There was no empathy, no attempt to work with us financially other than trying to make me fill out a credit application which I refused to do based off the way she was treating us, and Rozalyn rudely wouldn't look at us and kept smirking and laughing as if us being there was a joke. the aspen dental location in st charles has horrible customer service . the wait time is unbearable . they have no sense of order when is come to who came into the office first. they leave your personal information in the open at the front desk. overall horrible experience and this was not even all of the things that happened at this location. read more
