The taste was strange, vaguely woodland-oriented, and deeply unsettling. At several points, I found myself examining the carton for evidence that I had accidentally purchased a small-batch artisanal raccoon dairy product. I am not literally alleging that Raise the Root is distributing raccoon milk. I am simply stating that my sensory experience has provided me with an alarming amount of circumstantial raccoon-based evidence. Overall: unpleasant milk experience. Gross taste.
