I had to replace my electrical panel which started a process of repair/replacement for most of the plugs and switches in my house. Older house, time on my hands- I can do it!! Turns out sometimes I can't do it and sometimes I need help and this is my absolute go to guy. Friendly, knowledgeable, respectful of covid and all that that means. He came on relatively short notice once and on "ohh damn, when can you come?!" emergency with a "get us to limping" fix that got us to the weekend when we could turn off the house and fix it fix it. Plus he answered my text when I ran into a little problem. Best of all, though, is that he takes the time to teach me how to fix it myself. (Simple things like replacing a plug) He doesn't just say, "it was broken, now it isn't" type of explanation- he takes the time to walk through each thing until I understand the why. Absolutely my go-to electrician.

Ranjeet responded quickly to our issue and let us know the date and time frame he would be able to come out. He was able to diagnose and refill our Freon in our unit within that time frame, which we immediately noticed a difference in the AC before we left. Our unit is almost 30 years old during the times Ranjeet came out, he did not try to push a new unit on us and was able to deliver great options within our budget. He also let us know what issues to look out for in the future or when it might be a good time to look into a new unit. But prior to Ranjeet, we've had companies not diagnose a thing and would just push a new unit quote on us. So it is refreshing to see someone who wants to take care of the customer with honesty and communication. Overall, Ranjeet is a top notch owner. He is very kind, honest and most importantly, seems genuine. He even remembered little details of our conversation from 3 years ago. So without any hesitation, we would 100% recommend RS Heating and Cooling for any of your heating/cooling needs!

I recently experienced some issues with my AC system and contacted my home warranty program, which sent out a technician to inspect and perform a tune-up. Unfortunately, when they left, I was disappointed because nothing was fixed. I reached out to a trusted friend who works for Apex General Inc., and he recommended their services. He spoke highly of their quality of work, and I was not disappointed. I scheduled an appointment, and Technician Nisan Cruz from Apex General Inc. arrived promptly at the scheduled time. Nisan introduced himself and asked me to explain the issues I was experiencing with my system. After our discussion, he went directly to my exterior unit and began work. He conducted his inspection outside, showing me videos, pictures, and measurement readings of his initial findings. Nisan was eager to inspect the attic as well, which he did thoroughly. After troubleshooting, he identified issues within my attic and explained how they affected my system. The upstairs rooms were about 5°F cooler than the rest of the house. Nisan pinpointed the root causes and corrected the issues as he found them. We then walked to my room vent, and I immediately felt a significant difference compared to before his arrival. I was extremely happy with the work and service Nisan provided. His work ethic and customer service are exceptional--something I haven't seen in a long time. I cannot express enough gratitude for his dedication and professionalism. Remarkably, all of this was done within the scope of the inspection and at no additional cost! Thanks to Nisan's expertise and commitment, I will be a lifelong Apex customer. I wish more industries had professionals like him. Additionally, two other technicians came out the same day to inspect my electrical panel. I regret I didn't catch their names, but they both demonstrated the same level of professionalism.
