The quality of the work was 5 stars. no ifs ands or buts. hole fixed, ceiling painted no fuss no muss no mess. It looks great. The office paperwork side was less so. it was a 2 maybe a 3. It was hard to get an estimate, e-mails sent were apparently missed, the office staff was disorganized- and I'm being polite. it was disorganized to the point I felt like they didn't want my business. and setting a date for the work was only marginally less stressful than Noah booking seats on the ark. When the workmen showed up, they had no work order, I got no receipt or anything at all, and they barely spoke English leading to a few misunderstandings. So the work was absolutely first rate but my God, it was a challenge getting it going.

We gave them the benefit of the doubt and have contacted three different tech people, the main Critter Control number, the district manager, and three times the sales manager that had sold us the job. Nobody has replied to emails, texts, or phone calls. Just an update, the district manager did get back to us and came out, so judgement is reserved to see if the bad service was an anomoly.
