I tried to work with this company in December 2023 to get a quote and got an email response. I replied and did not hear back after two follow-ups via email. Then, follow up via phone twice. I reached the person on the first call, and we discussed the personal documents to send for the quote. I sent them the documentation and then had to follow up twice again. I was told I would get a callback, but I never received a callback or a quote. So they received my personal documents, and never replied or provided a quote. read more

As from my perosnal experience I recommend bulldog ins I been with them for last 10 years and when it comes to insurance quotes bulldog is the best insurance company out there. I usually deal with Omar very friendly and very cooperative. I can call him 24/7 a day and get a response back right away. I went into Bulldog insurance today 9/16/2019 to talk with them about a lapse in my coverage, The African American female that works behind the counter was very rude to me , she does not need to be working in a place of business and treating customers in a rude behavior, I do not refer anyone to this insurance company due to this lady rude behavior. They are AWFUL! I have called their office numerous times trying to speak with omar and nourish and neither of them respond back to phone calls. Every time I call they are not in the office or they are eating lunch. The business hours show 9-5 so why are they never there???? The company is very unprofessional! I am positive I called few days ago and the person called nourish and she kept asking who is on the phone besides picking it up! How lazy can you be to pick up a potentially paying clients phone?! She was in the office and they told me she's not in. SMH DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR! You can not speak to omar because he sounds like he has no energy and you can not hear him because there are people in the background laughing and he doesnt have the brains to speak louder. Tried to park my car there and go next door and a mental guy came out yelling not to park my car there and the entire lot is empty! Who did he think was going to come? The parking lot was empty! I would not recommend this company if it was the last insurance company left. I didn't speak to multiple people only spoke to one girl her name started with N sounds like Nhareesh from the way she said her name to me. I was looking for a lottery bond and she talked down to me like I was stupid and beneath her and raised her voice to me. it is clear to me she does not own this company! if she did she would not have spoke to me that way. She was rude and from the way she talked to me she must really hate her job and would rather be elsewhere! Her attitude and unprofessionalism vibrated through the telephone. was there roughly six months ago because the girl taking care of my account Nourish was not responding to my emails in a timely manner another agent told me it would be easier if I came down to the office. As soon as you walk in you can tell the staff is not profession! The front area is a mess with paperworks everywhere the staff is not even dressed in a professional attire (might as well give them uniforms). The staff is going to each other telling each other tell the customer we're not here to leave a message... HOW RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL IS THAT! They think the customers are stupid and dont even want to give them time! Nourish is so rude and a disrespectful young lady! Its a-shame to see how she can treat a customer like that but she also gave the other staff the same attitude! When another lady with black tied hair walked in Nourish started making faces to her about the big lady in the front chair and both were laughing. It was very clear they don't work as a team and don't even get along with each other. I took me time to write this because this agency does not value their customer let alone the people around them. I went a few doors down to Starr Insurance and received the service a client should! all the staff was dress professionally you walk inside and can tell they are professional by the look of the place. Bulldog insurance is very unprofessional even over the phone a person named Asman picked up the phone and did not put me on hold and I could hear them gossiping about me on there phone! If they are in an impression that they are the only insurance agency in GA they are wrong. I agree with the other reviews! So instead of talking to a customer nicely you show attitude when customers put you and your agents in check? You should learn to take criticism and not just reply nicely when someone says good things about your company. Your negativity affects your business and reflects in your unproductive staff. Great customer service you guys have! Jk it SUCKS! People please just walk over to star I left a bad review yet they gave me a good pricing and talked to me with respect. As you can see the owner cant take criticism so he'll probably end up bashing you. You're selling insurance and don't even know how to take criticism is disappointing cause that's what all your reply's indicate. If you don't want people to park in your lot put up signs genius! You should tell your staff not to run out like maniacs. how does that look for your business when other customers are out side looking at you and you have a male staring at the window from inside laughing at you while he's visibly on his cellphone smoking.
