If I could rate more than 5 stars I would…read more I had a 5 month remodel on my home (February - July 2022) where there were interior walls moved, AC units installed and their locations moved, and various lighting and outlet changes. I also had a 70 amp outlet installed for an EV. I was retired at the time so I was at the job site (we moved out during renovation) every day. Bryan was by far the smartest and insightful contractor that I dealt with for this project. He would softly suggest changes that we may want to think about as the project evolved. For example, he discovered these really neat 4 inch recessed lights that had 2 modes of operation (night light and regular light). He suggested where they should be considered. He really knows his stuff and is especially strong in lighting ascetics and functionality. What I appreciated about his approach is that he does not push for more work or something that he would make more money, he was only making suggestions. When changes were made, I would purchase the additional materials and therefore not get up charged for these. I would ask him his opinion on things and he would give it and explain why, but he was never pushy about things. My general contractor on this project would allow me to do things myself to save money including electrical which I know a little about. Bryan would help me and teach me things along the way without any financial obligation. He would educate me on the required building codes. Often times, he would correct my electrical shortfalls without bringing it up (I found out later as a result of walking around the house/attic). He also knows quite a bit about other construction aspects, so he is a good set of eyes to have around to point out discrepancies. He has a creative approach to solving issues, always keeping the cost in mind. I am 58 and have dealt with many subcontractors who are flakes, poor communicators and do not work on homes as if they were working on their home. Not Bryan. Anyway, needless to say, you won't be disappointed hiring this guy.

He re-tiled all of our tiled areas in our house in 2009 and did a fantastic job. He works with all sorts of tile and has a good eye for design. He knows the right and best way to do a job and will not compromise his own high standards. He has a lot of experience with contractors building very upscale homes. Leah Hare, the Design Consultant, explained the various characteristics (UV stable, slip resistant, cooler surface, crack resistant, low maintenance, etc.) of installing a recycled rubber product (Rubberstone) rather than going with flagstone, stamp or an epoxy covering. She was very professional in her presentation of the Rubberstone product and did not pressure us to make a decision. Based on the Rubberstone product to be installed over an existing surface, multiple colors available, a 6-year warranty and reasonable price, we decided to go with Stressless Remodeling. On the day of installation, the installers Martin (lead), Francisco and Anthony arrived on time and resurfaced the pool deck, steppingstones and patio within 4 hours including cleanup time. They were very professional and personable. The workmanship was excellent and we are so pleased with the results. Looks great!
