I've been to Bulldog Stadium twice now and both times were really fun. The first visit was with some friends and was pending some rain in the forecast. It didn't rain during the game but afterwards it seemed like the night 4 of 40 if you get my drift. I don't recall much but I remember the experience. Second visit was a few Saturday's ago 11/23 against the Nevada Wolfpack. I was blessed with tickets and had been wanting to go all season long so I was ecstatic when I realized I was actually able to attend. It was awesome. The crowd was lively and the Bulldogs were winning most of the game, but lost at the end. Food was decent and the price wasn't bad either. I got Dutch Bros which was conveniently located in the section right above us. The stadium is bright and beautiful, but the stairs are no joke though. Aaron Judge from the Yankees made an appearance but no Carrs, boo. I can't wait for future games when I'm actually attending here in the fall and cheering for my classmates.

Went here on Saturday for the Sierra Cup Classic my son was in the competition for Ridgeview High School. Super easy to find, super easy parking, clean stadium. The bad was the food meh....dry chewy polish dog, tasteless gloopy nachos, tasteless diet pepsi...just tasted like carbonated water with color added Lol...The competition was amazing some of the bands gave me goosebumps it's such an amazing experience. Even if you don't have kids that are competing i recommend going it's really a great experience!!! But come on i really wanted to eat some really good junk food!!! i skipped breakfast and drove 2 hours i at least expected juicy hot dogs and spicy cheesy nachos!!!! Come on bulldogs up ur game a bit LOL....yea i will be back duh esp if Rudgeview goes again next year...oh beer would've been nice too...but that's just me ;)...

Over all I've enjoyed my visits here. 3 starts because the stadium is in good shape but needs some cleaning. The staff is friendly and helpful but security did a poor job, they patted my bag twice and said I was good... I'm just concerned about weapons making their way in... The guys next to me snuck a bottle in, I don't have a problem with people drinking, just that security let it by. I went during the 2013 championships, it was pretty packed but I never waited long for anything ( getting in and out, bathrooms, food) but my coffee cost $3 and it was small, powered creamer.. Yuck, and so hot that I had to wait 15 minutes to drink it. The band was outstanding! Go baton ladies, you rocked!

Nice stadium. Not huge, but decent amount of seating. The ramp going up to the backside of both bleachers seems well thought out. Staff is super friendly. Football staff as well. Went early looking for will call and asked a yellow jacket event staff for directions to will call. Someone in a red polo from game management overheard and stopped to show me the way. Really above and beyond welcoming. Food was good and reasonably priced as well! Had a Hotdog for $4. Delicious. Free cookies from Doug-Out. Nice touch.

It's great to be at a stadium that is sold out, 41,000+ for this stadium. Bulldog stadium is a true "bowl", meaning instead of building up from the ground like the majority of stadiums, this stadium was built 37 feet below the surrounding surface making it a true bowl style stadium. I do wish for a couple of upgrades though. The current sound system consists of two huge loud speakers at the north end of the stadium. This is not adequate for a 41,000 seat stadium. It's long overdue to get a full athletic sound/PA system for Bulldog stadium. This stadium could also use another full color video screen at the south end of the stadium. Love Bulldog stadium, Go Dogs !!!

Nice place to watch a game. I usually come to at least one game a year, and over the years I have sat in several different locations. Some seats allow better views than others, but really not a bad seat in the house.

Came here for the White Out night against Rutgers and this stadium is pretty decent sized for a non BCS school. Parking sucks if you are not a season ticket holder, but the shuttle service came in every 5 mins from the Save Mart Center. Everything was pretty organized by the staff when looking for your seats. Wished this stadium had a much bigger video board though, and it was kind of hard to see whats going on in the screen even from the student section. Place gets loud when packed though which is cool when there was only 33k in attendance. I will def be back!

The end of the Nebraska/Fresno State game.

Stadium is decent for it's size (41K). But the video replay is HIGHLY slanted for the home team. That is understandable, but really unfair and rude for those of us who help give you a sell out crowd. I attended the Nebraska game and was saddened to see NO replays of our plays - only Fresno highlights. Yet the Husker fans were a large contingent and dumped a ton of money in Fresno. Hint, if you want to play with the big boys, then treat your opponent fans fairly. Thanks.

I love bulldog stadium, Fresno has great fans especially if the bulldogs are winning lol me & my wife enjoyed the atmosphere last night at the Fresno State vs Southern Utah game bulldogs won 56-16 the fireworks show afterwards sucked because they didnt inform us it was outside of the stadium so alot of fans including us caught the tail end of it smh other than that it was perfect Go Dogs!

Ask the Community - Bulldog Stadium

What do the symbols on the football field mean?

I am assuming you mean the green "V"? It was started by Pat Hill who wanted the San Joaquin Valley to have proper recognition/respect due to our agriculatural output/history for the country. So pretty much "V" = San Joaquin Valley.

It was hot as ever on a Sunday afternoon put our sunscreen on. My son highly enjoyed the game we left early due to the weather but we're still sore a good majority of the game. It was going out t-shirts they were having water bucket challenge events. My son and I had a great time. Check out the photos attached to this review.

The firm I work for…read morehas season passes to games and the Kodiak club so we usually watch a couple games each season. We aren't huge baseball fans but live games are fun and the buffet and A/C at the Kodiak club on the second floor is a treat. With work schedules, this was our first game of the season and it was so disappointing. First, we were "late" arriving at 5:30 which we could have sworn was the normal time the club opens for evening games. Apparently doors opened earlier because there was no line at the gate and no tables left when we got upstairs. Huge bummer to have to eat outside in the stands. At least there's shade! It was Italian night with spaghetti and meatballs, chicken parmigiana, eggplant, gnocchi, Caesar salad, Waldorf salad and a salad bar to make your own. Everything was delicious. There was also a station with really tasty smash burgers. However, they only brought out 6 at a time and didn't tell anyone that was the hold up. That was really annoying. They also added pretzel bites that you could have with the nacho cheese sauce for the nachos. They still had hot dogs but Unfortunately, they didn't have the chili for the hot dogs. The other big change in the Kodiak club was desserts were not put out with the other food. Rather there were little signs saying they would be put out at the 4th inning. Annoying but ok. At the start of the 4th I saw a worker with a tray of cannolis going to the burger station so I followed her. Usually you serve yourself but she was handing people one cannoli. I asked for one for my husband. The worker calls out to the worker next to her and says I want two. He takes the longest pause and then just holds up two fingers. What the hell?? The cannolis tasted chalky so that was a waste. Then people start crowding around the dessert table. Another worker came out with a big multi stand food carrier. She unwraps the plastic wrap around it and asks that people wait until she is done putting out all of the plates before taking any. Ok no problem. But by the time she's done there's a lot of people and it's a little chaotic. As she leaves she tells the two other workers that it's like this every time. If you create a chaotic scene, what do you expect? The reason I gave three stars is the tasty food and the game itself! We love to watch our local team - even when they don't win haha I like the entertainment between plays. The upper section where we sit is usually full which adds to the fun vibe. I will always support the Fresno Grizzlies

I'm a huge Disney Fan and my daughter is my mini Disney Fan in the making and enjoys watching both Frozen and Encanto so I felt it was the perfect opportunity to go. Bought tickets via ticket master a month in advance and got lounge seats. The day of the event we arrived about 30-45 mins prior to the 7pm show. Traffic was light to moderate and we parked in their parking garage $25 per vehicle. Prior to attending the event I looked at their policy on what was permitted in the arena. It stated that bags are subject to be checked and no outside food/drink allowed. So I only brought a small bag with my daughter's necessities. Security was a bit unorganized they tell use to keep moving through the metal detectors but then tells us to stop randomly like completely it was strange and holding up the line for no reason and I felt they didn't do a great job they didn't even search our bag and many others. When we got our tickets scanned we decided to get some food to snack on. As expected food was over priced and not good. We ordered a hot dog meal (drinks and chips included), pretzel ($2 extra charge for cheese dip), churro and candy ($6). We spent a alittle over $30 for food and it definitely was not worth it. The pretzel and churro was hard and dry. The lady on the concession stand was nice but think she was getting confused with our orders. I had to correct her on one of the items she was trying to charge us with. They also have souvenirs I got my daughter an Olaf cup that came with shaved ice and it was $25. After getting our food we were looking for our seats which was an even number section. Apparently we had entered on the odd number side seat and so we walked to see if we could go around but it was a dead and we saw a worker and asked for directions but he wasn't clear he told us we would have to go around... ummm obviously but he wasn't specific enough. If we left and went outside the building they might have re-scan our tickets it just didn't make sense. So I just decided to enter the odd side seat entrance and go from there. Ended up seeing our seat section number and decided to walk straight across the arena rather than walking around which would have been a further distance. The seats were also confusing as the Section names were not visibly labeled. We ended up sitting in the wrong section and then got help to find our right seats. The lounge area was really comfortable there was a table infront of us and the leather seats were a bit worn out and tearing but they were really comfortable and cup holders were also accessible. I thought they were the perfect seats with a great view. I loved that there were so many restrooms near by and they were clean. Overall the show it self was amazing my toddler, my husband and I had a great time. Customer service and security might need alittle work. And perhaps a little upgrade on the torn seats. But I would return for another event.
