It was a little cold and hard to hear the announcements. The food was good price to be expected at a event center. Clean and restrooms were available. Lots of handicap seating and police on site. I'm a huge Disney Fan and my daughter is my mini Disney Fan in the making and enjoys watching both Frozen and Encanto so I felt it was the perfect opportunity to go. Bought tickets via ticket master a month in advance and got lounge seats. The day of the event we arrived about 30-45 mins prior to the 7pm show. Traffic was light to moderate and we parked in their parking garage $25 per vehicle. Prior to attending the event I looked at their policy on what was permitted in the arena. It stated that bags are subject to be checked and no outside food/drink allowed. So I only brought a small bag with my daughter's necessities. Security was a bit unorganized they tell use to keep moving through the metal detectors but then tells us to stop randomly like completely it was strange and holding up the line for no reason and I felt they didn't do a great job they didn't even search our bag and many others. When we got our tickets scanned we decided to get some food to snack on. As expected food was over priced and not good. We ordered a hot dog meal (drinks and chips included), pretzel ($2 extra charge for cheese dip), churro and candy ($6). We spent a alittle over $30 for food and it definitely was not worth it. The pretzel and churro was hard and dry. The lady on the concession stand was nice but think she was getting confused with our orders. I had to correct her on one of the items she was trying to charge us with. They also have souvenirs I got my daughter an Olaf cup that came with shaved ice and it was $25. After getting our food we were looking for our seats which was an even number section. Apparently we had entered on the odd number side seat and so we walked to see if we could go around but it was a dead and we saw a worker and asked for directions but he wasn't clear he told us we would have to go around... ummm obviously but he wasn't specific enough. If we left and went outside the building they might have re-scan our tickets it just didn't make sense. So I just decided to enter the odd side seat entrance and go from there. Ended up seeing our seat section number and decided to walk straight across the arena rather than walking around which would have been a further distance. The seats were also confusing as the Section names were not visibly labeled. We ended up sitting in the wrong section and then got help to find our right seats. The lounge area was really comfortable there was a table infront of us and the leather seats were a bit worn out and tearing but they were really comfortable and cup holders were also accessible. I thought they were the perfect seats with a great view. I loved that there were so many restrooms near by and they were clean. Overall the show it self was amazing my toddler, my husband and I had a great time. Customer service and security might need alittle work. And perhaps a little upgrade on the torn seats. But I would return for another event.

Fast forward to now, it has been renamed to Strummer's but it still possesses the same concept except it's 21 and over now. I've seen cover bands here, rock bands and I've come to boogie for their themed nights like 70s night 80s night ,90s night and dark wave. The cover charge is usually five dollars. There's two bars, one adjacent to the dance floor and then the main bar with booths and seating. They do offer food as well like $5 pizza slices, Mozz, stocks, sliders and your typical bar food fare. The crowd ranges here from Young 21-year-olds to people in their 50s and 60s. It kind of depends on the theme of the night. For example, if you come on Bad Bunny night, it's all youngsters in their 20s. If you come for a disco night or 80s night, then it'll be a wider range. Security is tight and they do a good job of repelling any type of drama because it is notorious that fights breakout in the Tower, but they keep all that drama at bay here. You can always expect to have a good time especially with a group of friends. I definitely recommend checking them out and looking at their lineup to see what appeals to you.

It's a little worn down, but ya gotta love Fresno's history and the group, promoter who brought Chris Isaak to Fresno. Did you know he's a Valley guy from Stockton? I had balcony seats. I had a great view of the stage and the entire place. Keep in mind there are No elevators. Stairs only. The plus is there are concessions and restrooms on the second floor. The concert was great. The sound was excellent. Performer sang a lot of his hits. He even came up to the balcony area where I was sitting. I'll post that on my social media profiles. The video is too long for Yelp. Then the seats....these were huge comfy, reclining leather seats...with trays!! What a simple but helpful detail!! These were perfect for my toddler to curl up with her blanket or stretch out. I'm not sure if it was just that one line or all of them. But I'm sure that would have been hard for some folks. Restrooms were very clean and lots of stalls!

Our showing was at 4:45pm we arrived about 15mins before just incase there was a long line at the concession. When we entered we went straight to the self serve kiosk, although someone was the front he was helping others. They do have a full bar. The line went fairly quick. Our order: 4 kids box: popcorn, drinks and a snack, small popcorn with 2 waters. It was the day before Toy Story 5 premiere and was a bit disappointed to not see a lot of the souvenirs displayed. Even the kids popcorn box wasn't Toy Story themed. Not sure if they sold out already or they were saving it for Friday. The popcorn was fresh and delicious, they also add butter to the top as requested. The seats here are reclined and so comfortable, the temp was just right, not hot or freezing cold. We went to the standard showing. The restrooms clean, I was so happy and surprised to see sanitary barrier cloths on the diaper changing tables. Overall, it was a great experience!
