I was okay with replacing the front 2, however they were practically trying to force me to replace all 4 even tho the back 2 tires were recently replaced within the last few months (not warn down & still have really good thread) will not return. It's clear they only care about the money & making their sales. On Google they responded to my review with false information stating it was not required to replace all 4 tires however, that is false because I was completely okay with replacing those two at the time of service which is stated in my initial review but was told by the advisor he COULD NOT and WOULD NOT replace only 2 and he would only move forward with replacing all 4. That is recorded on my dash cam as well.

I brought my 2017 Toyota Camry in for a right axle replacement. Before this repair, I had no ABS or…read morebrake warning lights on my dashboard. Immediately after picking up my vehicle, both the ABS warning light and the brake warning light came on, along with messages to check the anti-lock brake system and brake system. When I contacted the dealership, they would not acknowledge that the issue could have been related to the work they had just completed. Instead, I was told I needed to purchase additional diagnostic services. Eventually, I agreed to a brake fluid flush, and after that service was performed, the warning lights disappeared and have not returned. While I appreciate that the problem appears to have been resolved, I was disappointed that no one was willing to admit the issue may have been connected to the original repair. As a customer, it was frustrating to feel that I had to pay for another service before my concerns were taken seriously. I expect accountability and transparency from a dealership service department, especially when a problem appears immediately after a repair. I hope this feedback encourages better communication and customer service for future customers.
