I had a very uncomfortable experience with the staff at this location (289 Cobb Pkwy N, Marietta, GA 30062). I witnessed a young woman who had accidentally parked on the property while trying to fix her car. She politely tried to explain that it was her vehicle, but before she could even finish, the man working there started yelling at her and cursing, saying "I don't give a f***." As a woman myself, this kind of behavior is extremely concerning and unacceptable. The woman was respectful and calm, while the employee was aggressive and disrespectful. No one deserves to be spoken to like that, especially when they are already dealing with a stressful situation. Because of this, I do not feel comfortable returning to this store. There's no shortage of auto parts stores on this stretch of Cobb Parkway (highway 41) in between the north and south (120) loop in Marietta. There's this O'Reilly, NAPA Auto Parts, Advance Auto Parts, and AutoZone all within a mile of each other. In my experience, they're all pretty much the same. This O'Reilly Auto Parts is located closer to the north loop (North Marietta Parkway), across the street from Six Flags White Water. This was my first time inside an O'Reilly Auto Parts store. I've often heard their commercials on the radio and, after all these years, the jingle worked. It got me to come into this store. My car told me to top up on windshield washer fluid so I stopped by this O'Reilly during my lunch break to pick up a bottle. The store had two kinds: Rain-X Bug Remover washer fluid +32℉ (128 fluid ounces for $3.79) and O'Reilly brand washer fluid +22℉ (128 fluid ounces for $2.99). I decided to shell out the extra 80 cents for the name brand washer fluid which was marketed as applying "water beading technology" and was Jim Rome's "product of the week." What the heck does Jim Rome have to do with washer fluid and why should I trust his opinion on it? I didn't even know he reviewed products. Checkout was fast. After tax, my total was $4.02. I refilled my washer fluid reservoir in the parking lot and used up almost the entire bottle. I am good to go. read more

This is a five star shout out to Seth at my nearby O'Reillys parts shop he came to our rescue in the middle of the afternoon when we were stranded on the side of the road I needed a small bolt to attach the rotor to the shaft that was missing and I had no way of knowing what size it was or what thread it was and he invited us over to try to figure it out.he got a distributor part off the shelf and took it apart to find the screw that holds the rotor on the shaft. he measured it and gave us the right bolt ($4.95) And even lent us a tool (that we didn't have) to get the job done. five stars to Seth and O'Reilly auto parts in Marietta Georgia our hero read more

After forking over about 80 dollars just to get my car jumped *thanks AAA* Because I thought something more was wrong with my car... I drove up to O'Reilly's prepared to fork over about another 80 dollars...*sigh* But In fact after the technician did an assessment on my car to check if everything was okay with my battery,starter and alternator..I found out nothing was wrong with any of them besides a bit of corrosion on my battery terminals! The sales person I worked with was more then helpful! He installed new terminals,cleaned the old ones... and ran the check on my systems for FREE!! But what was even better than that was I walked out paying only 6 bucks instead of buying the new battery which would have cost me 70+!!! He informed me that some of his co-workers aren't so honest though.. since they work on commission.. so just keep a watchful eye on up selling!! read more

Most amazing service from any parts store I've been in! I've been working on cars since i was 12 and have been to many parts stores over the years, most of which the workers either no very little about cars, ignore you, or try to sell you things you don't need. I've been going to O'Reillys for a few years now and have been to multiple stores, but this is by far my favorite! Although I've only been in there a handful of times most of the workers seem very friendly and knowledgeable about cars, and if they have trouble trying to figure something out they will not stop until they find exactly what you need at the best price! My only complaint is one of the workers doesn't really seem to do his job, I've heard multiple complaints about him from other customers and most of his co-workers. From what I've seen/heard all he does is brag about his car and make inappropriate comments towards me and the other customers. But other than that particular employee the amount of customer service is phenomenal! read more
