I was surprised that we weren't attacked immediately as we entered the store. We found a very friendly representative who helped us curate a perfect furniture selection for our living room and bedroom. We ordered the furniture that day and it was delivered today by a couple of hard working young men. We are thrilled with the new furniture. It is very comfortable and fits our rooms perfectly.

Nothing is correct, tags don't pull up my product, that they aren't in stock (showed them website that says otherwise) Incorrect product advertising, to top it all off, I was asked to sit in the parking lot for 2 hours while they unload a truck. They wouldn't even take my number down to give me a ring when they found my products. I have never been so poorly served at an establishment. Gave up on them, went to Home Depot.

The true measure of how good a company is how good they treat you when you have a problem and they failed miserably when they got defensive and implied no refund. I kept the poorly performing product since I wasn't insured a refund. Guarantee I won't purchase from them again. If they had handled the return correctly and had a good customer service I would have continued to purchase from them but since the terrible response came from their director of customer satisfaction, what a joke his response was. He definitely does not need to be in that job basically jumping into a return and saying my refund might be partial or denied completely. They lost my business.

Because of that, I had to stop what I was doing, remove all the silicone I had already applied, and make an extra trip to return it. It wasted my time, set my project back, and caused a lot of unnecessary frustration. What disappointed me the most was the customer service. They exchanged the product, but no one apologized or acknowledged the inconvenience, and they didn't offer any kind of compensation for the time and effort I lost because an expired product was still on the shelf. Mistakes happen, but how a business responds makes all the difference. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling like my time didn't matter. Because of that, I won't be coming back.
