Office care and follow-up was insufficient; no-one showed follow-up or leadership. I had to manage it all. And there was a lot of basic incompetence: the wrong fireplace being ordered and installed; the facade covering not being scheduled, then turning up in the wrong size. And so on. I have a busy working life, like we all do, and frequently I had to cancel work plans with little or no notice, to be at home to let contractors in, who then didn't or couldn't do their jobs. And when I reached out to the Hearth and Home office, fingers were pointed, but the job wasn't resolved. I'm left looking at a big invoice that I don't think this company has earned. They have made my life stressful, I'm really aggravated by the experience. Two months after I walked into the Sugar House office, the job still isn't done. In sum: I can't think of a more earned one-star feedback than the useless team at Hearth and Home. If you read this review, go somewhere else, please.

He was rude to my wife, lied to her telling her she couldn't get some chairs she liked (luckily another salesperson, Gordon, who must be top salesperson cause he doesn't talk to people rudely, got us the chairs that J claimed were out of stock) Not only that, I get it my wife and I are young, we are in our early 20's I'm sure J thinks he can get away with the insults and the pressure, but he was repeatedly rude to my father and mother who are long time RC Willey customers. I would have said to Hell with RC Willey all together for employing such a terrible salesperson like J, luckily as we left the interaction with J we were met by Gordon who treated us like customers spending any amount of money ought to be treated, he was informative and nice and helped us select some items that went nicely together for our apartment. Then J had the audacity to come up while we were checking out with Gordon and trying to say something to us insinuating Gordon stole us. No J your lack of professionalism and common decency drove us away, right into Gordon's arms, I'm glad Gordon made some sales that day and I hope J never sells another piece of furniture for R C Willey or any other store ever.

They sent an email that if I didn't have the original package or if the product had been used then I might receive a partial refund or no refund at all. The true measure of how good a company is how good they treat you when you have a problem and they failed miserably when they got defensive and implied no refund. I kept the poorly performing product since I wasn't insured a refund. Guarantee I won't purchase from them again. If they had handled the return correctly and had a good customer service I would have continued to purchase from them but since the terrible response came from their director of customer satisfaction, what a joke his response was. It's a smaller store, but still has all of the home basics for hardware. I prefer these place much more over massive warehouse big boxes, but the truth of the matter is that the big boxes have much more room for all kinds of items that Ace just can't carry. But garbage bags, they've got. Basic tools, paint, hardware, fasteners, garden supplies -- it's all here. I forget how country Ace can be as well; you can get a Red Ryder pellet gun at this spot. It's like hardware store meets farm & tack. A throwback to old school Provo. This development is always a bustlin' with some restaurants, grocery and hardware. That makes it super convenient, but also super busy. That's good news for Ace. I hope they're around for a while.

They have a big selection of all kinds of healthy trees! they have expanded and changed things up sense the last time I have visited. I was a little disappointed this time because this nursery use to be my go to store for dahlias but they have only carried the basic types of dahlias that you can find at all the other nursery's. Last summer when I went they had dahlias that I have never seen in nursery's before. the employees kept to themselves when I visited today. They aren't consistent with greeting or helping. but overall this is a place I trust when it comes to buying healthy plants from. The prices are pretty fair so I recommend checking shades nursery if you haven't already!
