It's the easiest thing to do. The instructions are a no brainer. Don't hesitate to purchase a test kit for your pool. Once I started testing my water I've been able to keep my pool balanced perfectly without the need to take water to Leslie's for testing. And I don't have to worry about Leslie's upselling me some chemical I don't need. Consumer beware of water test results from Leslie's computer analysis. It seems accurate but your own chemical testing is way more accurate. Don't be intimidated by testing the water yourself with a test kit. Just Do it!!

We got a brand-new heater and a variable speed pump; and all the accompanying piping and labor that went with it, but kept the current filter as it was still in ecent shape. The gentleman who came out to do the estimate for the work to be done, "Eric" also did the install. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions and concerns. He hauled away all the old equipment, and treated us and our property with respect. Eric left the area around the install spotless. He also did it in a couple of hours, which was amazing! Leslie's was one of three establishments we asked for quotes from. Two of the other places were family owned, also here in Tucson, but when we looked up costs for the equipment they were going to install, it showed they greatly increased the mark-up on that equipment, much to our chagrin. Also, Leslie's quote for the whole thing was MUCH lower than the other two, which was another surprise. We figured it would be a high cost for the project as they're a big company, be we were wrong. We've been customers of Leslie's since moving here from Chicago in 2000. They're our go-to pool supply store and their hard-working staff are the best in customer care. "Jaime" is the manager of the store we go to on 2480 N. Silverbell, here in Tucson. He' been a huge help with "pool issues" through the years, and we appreciate him as well. Got a pool or spa? The spa was dominant for over a year as we contacted four different repair companies that either came out (and charged us) to tell us that it was too hard - others looked at the pictures and declined the work. Recommended on social media, Bret showed up and said "we can get this done" and physically lifted the spa out of the block and fixed it. First time we had a problem-solver on the job. We admit, this repair was very difficult and his crew handled it like pros. Looking forward to getting the crew out for the next repair. Highly recommended!
