I have a very wide and long living area that this company laid carpet in and they have done a beautiful job. They managed to stretch this carpet as not to get it crooked and that had to be quite a task. It is laid so good I was blown away. Excellant job done and I recommended them for any job after seeing what they are capable of doing, very well. Our neighbors had carpet installed and it looked absolutely beautiful. We decided that we should have the same carpet in our living room. We talked with Lisa and gave her all our details. The next week we hadn't heard from her so I called her and she said it would be the following Thursday. Thursday came and went so I called her again and she had another story. She actually lied to me. She was unhelpful and I wouldn't recommend her. Dory was very nice but the customer service was lacking and had to forgo the carpet. Very disappointing! read more

we purchased carpet for bedrooms and large room ($9600.) from Jerry Nov. 2021. We did not hear from Carpet one(co) until January 2022. Installed by 2 brothers that were unprofessional pair. Ate in our bedrooms, used all 3 bathrooms even when had items blocked doors and spoken to. We called CO, several times with no response. They broke our comfort select bed, we had asked Jerry and installers if they had moved this type, both stated yes experienced. Their vacuum cleaner did not work, so they left the house full of carpet threads. we found areas they had missed to tack down. We have rental properties and have used floor direct carpet with none of these problems. Never will use this company. read more

The only reason it's not five stars is that there were some screw-ups -- with the amount ordered, and with the installation. BUT they were pretty damn minor, were handled quickly and professionally, and I was super impressed with the level of customer service. I'm picky. I thought one seam wasn't absolutely perfect. They sent out Chris to figure out the problem and Lou to make it right. Excellent job! The store has great selection, and Jordan was a really good low-pressure salesman who found us a great product at a really good price. I wholeheartedly recommend Carpet One on Fort Lowell. read more

We have used Carpet One twice now and the first time everything went smoothly. Cheyenne was on top of everything and we loved the flooring so much, we decided to do the rest of the house. Again, Cheyenne was on top of everything. However, the manufacturer of the luxury vinyl we chose, changed how they wanted it installed and we did not like it. It sounded as if we were walking on plastic. It made a high end product seem cheap. Cheyenne sent a rep to the house immediately. She kept in communication with us and always was helpful. Her boss, Kelly, got involved, thanks to Cheyenne, and they made sure our floors were reinstalled at no cost to us. I could take away a star due to the issues, but it is my belief people show who they truly are under adverse circumstances and Cheyenne and Kelly earned 5 stars (as did all of their workers). read more

Carpet One did an excellent job on replacing all of our flooring. We had our original tile and carpet removed. We expanded our tile area and they did a fabulous job. Gabe did a fantastic job on our fireplace tile. He designed a pattern on the fly to make it look special. I would highly recommend them to do your flooring. Kelly helped us pick out the color of the tile to go with the carpeting. We couldn't be more pleased. read more

The store is really big and has a good selection available-- prices were a bit high in my opinion but not terrible. It was one of the pricier stores I went into. They come out to do a free measure, which is great. The location is good with plenty of parking. Most of the customer service was pretty good, but it wasn't consistent. It was a bit of a hit or miss, depending on who I was interacting with. However, it seems like a good store overall. read more

Carpet One says it's a maintenance problem, I call that bull crap. I vacuum my carpet often and had it cleaned after having it a year and a half, per their suggestion, so that can not be the issue. If it was truly a maintenance problem, we would have had issues with our builder carpet we had for 10 yrs. After having the carpet installed, we had someone come out a few times to have our carpet stretch. The last time he came out, I pointed out this same issue, and that was only having the carpet for only about 6 mos. Prior to buying this house, we've bought carpet a few times and never had this problem. No doubt it's the carpet and Carpet One does not honor their warranties. read more
