I have been quite impressed so far with the professionalism: I received a text message shortly after my call-in giving me a time window for the next day. They texted me again about 45 minutes into my window telling me they would be there shortly, and they arrived promptly. The tech was courteous and skilled - he was able to get the leak down to a trickle without any serious surgery, but recommended I change out my old chlorinator with a salt system that matched my pool controller, filter, etc. Looking forward to getting a quote, but happy with the short-term fix.
