His knowledge on Gensun alone sold us on the set; but his customer service working thru purchase and delivery were amazing. We had one smaller issue with delivery and he quickly offered a resolution. A brother of the distributor worked at the main supply office and was meeting with the brother that evening, he brought the exchange, the distributor dropped it off at Paradise Pools the next day, and I got it early that afternoon. Megan went above and beyond to help us out. In my mind, she's a rock star.
