Soon after, Chris (store manager) came to answer questions for us and was very informative on the brand, including pros/cons and comparisons. His knowledge on Gensun alone sold us on the set; but his customer service working thru purchase and delivery were amazing. We had one smaller issue with delivery and he quickly offered a resolution. I would very highly recommend working with Chris at the Aurora store to anyone looking to upgrade their patio space.

The 2nd order was expedited, but the process was sloppy. I won't shop at this location again. A good business would give consideration for the mistake.
