Soon after, Chris (store manager) came to answer questions for us and was very informative on the brand, including pros/cons and comparisons. His knowledge on Gensun alone sold us on the set; but his customer service working thru purchase and delivery were amazing. We had one smaller issue with delivery and he quickly offered a resolution. After 10 weeks I asked that they reach out to the manufacturer. I was informed that the company did not receive the order. Absent my pestering, the product would never have been delivered.
