We had a patio area that was covered with old, stained, pebble-surface concrete. Also, half of it wasn't level and couldn't be used for much. I called Juan to see what our options were for making it more attractive and usable. He came out the next day to have a look and recommended capping the existing concrete as the quickest and most affordable option. He wasn't the cheapest quote, but he had good suggestions for improving the look, the leveling, and drainage which was also important for us. He and his crew came out the next week and finished the job in a day. It looks great (we get compliments), it's all usable space now and it drains much better. I'd give five stars, but he left his blower at home and so left our furniture and other things covered in concrete dust from a little demo they had to do. Contacted a week ahead to schedule to get a quote on sidewalk replacement, Juan communicated the day of his estimated arrival time. Super friendly as we discussed what we were wanting. He told us he would write up a bid that night and email it to us. We had three companies bid on this job, his bid came in right at the middle but what stood out was his detailed bid that included everything we discussed. With the rain, it was a couple of weeks to get it scheduled but they arrived at 7:30 the day of and job was completed on time. He left the area cleaned up and our sidewalks look great. We recently had Bulls Prime tear off an old wood deck and replace it with a large concrete deck with concrete steps. Bulls also extended our back porch, built steps and a retainer wall. I had several bids for different companies to come out and give me a solution on making my back patio safer for my Mom to be able to get into the back yard. My existing patio was 10W x 12L. The short-term solution was a recycled steel ramp but the location was a little too steep for Mom and her walker. Juan had the best solution of all and the fairest price for this project.
