I cannot thank Brian at Bullseye Auto Glass enough for replacing my driver's side window at such short notice. It was shattered to bits as seen in the before picture. That was found at 11:30 in the morning. My glass got fixed by 4:00 PM yesterday. Brian was so nice, helpful and professional. He came by to my home and finished the job in under 30 minutes! I generally only leave positive reviews but my experience with Bullseye was exceptionally negative and I wanted to caution others. 1. A trim piece on the passenger's side A-pillar was sticking up ~1/4" after the windshield replacement. I pointed this out and Brian tried banging it in with his hand before realizing that the rubber seal needed to be trimmed. 2. The wipers were installed too low and were parked on top of the windshield trim. To his credit, Brian promptly adjusted them. 3. The cowl panel that used to sit flush with the windshield had a gap. Brian assured me that this was normal and that the panel would re-seat after warming up. After nearly 4 weeks and 3 Seattle-Portland drives, the gap still looks exactly like it did on the first day. 4. After I pulled my car into the garage, I noticed several deep scratches. I contacted Brian and he suggested that I get an estimate from a body shop, as these were deeper than what could be addressed with touch-up paint. 5. The windshield rain sensor no longer works and I have to constantly turn my wipers on/off during light rain. I asked Brian for a refund since I'll need to pay to have the issues resolved elsewhere. He initially said he would but has failed to follow up with me, and I no longer have the time or patience to keep contacting him. Overall, I'm very disappointed and cannot recommend Bullseye. read more

Too bad...great reviews but immediately turned off after a calling them. They seem to specialize in all types of glass, including sun roofs which I called about. I inquired about coming for an estimate. It was explained this this would involve getting a part number from the dealer, etc, etc. Seemed annoyed that I even called. I'm so happy with the service provided. While I would never hope for anyone to have a run-in with a high velocity rock causing a jagged crack in their windshield (T_T), I suggest you contact Bullseye to fix it. Brent responded to my inquiry incredibly quickly (less than an hour), was very knowledgeable (answered my many, many questions) and went the extra mile to save me money. His estimate was already better than other places I asked and then he managed to save me a little more by comparing year models of glass (identical but the newer year's cost more, go figure). He has very good communication and came right to me so the job could be done without me losing work-time. It was completed quickly and cleanly with everything shiny and new. He even replaced my decals, which was an unexpected bonus! I'm very happy with Bullseye and have already recommended them to a friend. I recommend them to you, too. :) read more

I was astonished by the service! This morning someone had broken into my car through the passenger side window. I called Bullseye Auto Glass and they responded immediately. Brent, the owner, was willing to go purchase parts for my vehicle and arrived within hours after I called. His team worked in the rain and fixed my car in less than half an hour, for a bargain $220. They even cleaned the glass out of my car. Having your car broken into can definitely ruin your day. But, Bullseye Auto Glass's stellar service definitely turned it around. He wasn't on my (USAA) insurance list of preferred providers (none nearby), but I got a "Star", and was not willing to risk a crack developing. Best rated Yelp provider, and I found out why.. He was easy to communicate with, prompt and responsive, kind and friendly, and did great work on both of our cars. Very responsive to calls and texts, highly competitive rates, mobile service at your home, and a professional repair for rock chip damage. Brian outlined expectations for the repair (the chip will still be visible, but strength and some clarity will be restored), and he also warranties his work. If you discover a chip in your windshield, do yourself a favor and call Brian as soon as possible before it spiderwebs into a more expensive repair. We moved from Eastern WA to Seattle because my son was diagnosed with Cancer and during our stay in Seattle, a foundation reached out to us and was able to help with paying for the repair of our windshield, well a check was sent to BullsEye Auto Glass and because apparently an Employee pocketed the money, we never got our windshield replaced, which that is not our fault. A check was sent to your P.O. Box which you stated that only you as the owner have access to, but yet a former employee cashed the check, I am sorry that is not OUR fault. we tried to reach out to the owner on several different occasions and he ignores and does not answer our calls nor does he return them. I gave him a month to reach back to us before i thought about writing a bad review, but he never reached back to us and its been way more then a month, its been since June 2018 and no call back. I would not recommend doing business with a place that rips off Cancer families who are in need, especially after he was PAID the money!! RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! I could not be happier with my experience with Bullseye Auto Glass!! As a college student, I was pretty shook up when I backed into the ball hitch of a goose neck trailer and completely shattered my windshield. I had to leave my car at the site of the accident because it was not safe to drive all the way to Seattle from Snohomish. I found their website and submitted and inquiry on the "contact us" section of their website. Although 2 hours after closing, Brent called and asked a few clarifying questions on my car. Soon after I received a call back saying he would be able to fit me in the next morning on site!! He kept me in the loop for when he would be arriving, and was extremely friendly and helpful too! Brent did a wonderful job, the price is hard to beat and it was so obvious that Bullseye knows how inconvenient a nonfunctional windshield is and along with you, wants it fixed as soon as possible.
