After numerous calls and texts and probably a dozen times he said he'd "be out next week" to do the install, as of March 2023 that still hasn't happened. I've asked for a refund several times and he just promises that he'll be out there ASAP. Mind you, he has been very active on his FB business page doing installations and work for bigger names in the custom and restoration business to keep up his P&R and glam shots, so all of his BS excuses for taking 6+ months to do something that takes 2 hours and not showing up numerous times doesn't jive when he's clearly doing plenty of other jobs with no issue. He blocked me after I called him out on it, LOL! I finally ended up getting my own glass and installing it myself. He will not provide a refund, and clearly has no problem stealing money from people that he did not earn. Don't give this guy a penny upfront. Bought two vehicles from them and they're both still alive and well to this day. An '09 Nissan Rogue and a '14 Subaru XV Crosstrek. Both are solid and the Rogue in particular has taken a beating over the years but keeps on going. 245K+ Miles on that one, and bought her at 133K. The crosstrek has 155K+, bought almost 2 years ago at 95K. Nick is my favorite at the shop but anyone you speak to there is going to treat you with respect and be professional. Sorry it took me this long to re-write my review, my opinion has certainly shifted over the years. Thanks for the two solid vehicles.
