I had an issue regarding my order and reached out to Howling Moto for assistance. Alyssa was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She kept me updated, answered all of my questions promptly, and made sure my concerns were addressed until everything was resolved. What I appreciated most was how responsive and attentive she was. It's easy to get frustrated when dealing with order issues, but Alyssa made the experience much smoother by communicating clearly and following through every step of the way. Great customer service can make all the difference, and Alyssa definitely provided that. Employees who consistently provide this level of professionalism, communication, and dedication to customers are invaluable to a company and deserve to be recognized for their efforts. Been going to them since I got my first grom in 22, good people and can get whatever you need

I spent $4,500 on an electric dirt bike for my son in June. 4 days later the brake handle broke on it. I went back to Howling Moto and they said they thought it was a manufacture defect and that I should file a warranty clam. In the meantime Howling Moto said I could purchase a new break handle and they'll refund it once the warranty was approved. I was suprised that the bike was one 4 days old and there is an issue with it and the dealership's best advice was to purchase a new part after spending $4,500. A discount on the part was not offered... Nothing. I did not want my son to not be able to ride his new bike after just getting it. I purchased the brake handle. Another $180. I was told I needed to make a video of the issue showing the serial number and hours on the bike. I make the video that night and sent to Howling Moto. A month went by, and I made a follow up email. I was told they still have not heard back from the manufacture. Another month went by. I reached out multiple times without a response. Finally, a few weeks go by (October) and I am told that they need additional information for the warranty. This was in Oct. It is now the middle of December, and I still have not heard anything. Howling Moto's does not support what they sell. They are extremely friendly when you make your purchase but after you purchase, they have zero customer service. There are several other dealers in the area. Purchase one that'll provide you with customer service and stand by what they sell. I'm sure they'll actually respond now that I've wrote a review. You can see by other reviews, this place does not stand by what they sell you. **I told everyone they'd finally respond. Now they're actively reoping the warranty process after I submitted a review. I want to start off by saying their shipping was quick and I appreciate that, the reason im leaving this review is because anthony has his business set up with a shitty return policy i love to shop with small businesses because id rather support somebody with a passion for the sport but when it comes down to it amazon and ebay both take returns as long as the part hasn't been installed or damaged, "howling moto" on the other hand wont take a return if the package has been opened i thought that was pretty lame because the first thing anyone does when they get a new part is to open it up and check fitment in my case it didn't fit at all and didn't once come in contact with any other metal, bolts, or screws, shrink wrap around the sprocket being removed didnt seem like an issue to me at the time assuming they pack their own goods. Next time ill source my part directly from the factory that makes them and not bother going through a third party. Enjoy my 30$ Anthony i guess ill pass it off as a gift ‍ read more

Disappointed in almost every aspect. Unfortunately I had high hopes for this shop being a lesser known smaller shop I genuinely thought they would try harder in comparison to their competition but that was not the case what so ever. If anything all I received was stress and disappointment through the majority of my build. 1. Would never update me, I was constantly having to call the owner Anthony to get any single update on my Ruckus. Eventually the owner gave up and made me contact his Mechanic saying it was his fault for not getting the proper updates on time. First time I ever had a shop owner defer me to his only Mechanic so I can waste his time from finishing real work. 2. He recommended to me that we send my Ruckus to this professional body shop called Dirty Rides. Wow what a mistake that was. Not only did this body shop do a HORRIBLE job, but they overcharged me making me pay $1500 to paint a frame and battery box for a HONDA Ruckus. Their excuse was that there was extra labor required to paint my tiny crack on my rear wing (that cracked again) and to shave off some brackets which Howling Moto should have taken care of. Well the quality of the paint job is horrible, and has orange peel everywhere. This is after apparently Anthony sent my frame back multiples to get it fixed and corrected but it still just looks like I went and got it painted in someone's back yard. Once again Anthony did nothing to help me with my paint situation. 3. Recommended parts/installed parts that did not fit nor have the feature I specifically asked for. The first set of wheels I bought did not clear my aftermarket disk brakes that he recommended to buy, never took the time to test fit them before we sent them for powder coating. Asked him SEVERAL times and even sent him the correct part that I wanted for a Speedo with a fuel gauge. Instead he told me it wouldn't work because it required extra wiring. Instead recommends this cheap speedo that doesn't even show any fuel gauge (Which he said would have but didn't) so I get stuck having to pay for something I never wanted. 4. He had my Ruckus from January to April with almost all the parts just sitting at his shop by February. All we were missing were the wheels but he said that he could not work on the ruckus until ALL the parts arrive because they don't like to jump from build to build. What a complete and utter lie. When my Ruckus was on the lift that was not the case and was stuck on his lift for 3 weeks and guess what one his excuses were? Sorry we have other projects that we are working on too. Also we had to get another part fixed at the body shop and once again forgot to update me. This level of customer service by far the worst I have ever received or witness. Especially after knowing I was incredibly disappointed with him and his services he just continued to ignore me. 5. Once I finally came to pick up the Ruckus because I could not trust him anymore to even bring it back to me on time. He brings me back to say sorry for my incredibly horrible experience and that he has no excuses. Earlier on the phone he said he would go over the invoice to see if there is anything he can do to help me out. Well when we get to said invoice nothing was adjusted or modified and when I bring it up to him... he once again calls his Mechanic over to see where they can find any discounts. I was just blown away that the owner of the shop had to have his Mechanic help him with everything. Once I realized that, I knew it was a horrible mistake to bring my Ruckus to Anthony who had to rely on his Mechanic for every aspect of my build, estimate, and even customer service. 6. The final straw that pushed me to this review. Anthony who was acting apologetic promised that he would post the wheels that didn't fit on my ruckus but once again didn't even do that. I called him a week later to see what was going on and he said he would get it done. Another week later STILL NO UPDATE. At this point I just gave up. He couldn't even keep that promise. From beginning to end all I had were issues with this shop and broken promises. By the way this is just a small handful of things that went wrong, the list keeps on going but unfortunately there is a limit to how much I can write in a review. If you want to know more please message me anytime! The only positive is the Mechanic Ken Mantel did everything he could to try to rectify the issues that his owner couldn't fix.
