Not only was the original problem not fixed, but the car came back in worse condition than when I brought it in. I was then told the vehicle actually needed over $5,000 in turbo repairs. Had I been told that from the beginning, I never would have agreed to the $850 repair. As a customer, I expected a proper diagnosis. As a mechanic, you would think the goal would be to correctly diagnose the issue and make the vehicle better--not return it in worse condition. One of the most concerning parts of this experience was learning during a phone call that the vehicle was never test-driven after the repair. I have a recording of that conversation, and Andy was very rude . Like you are going to be rude when you just stole money from me . The communication throughout this process was also frustrating. Whenever I asked questions or requested that we communicate through email so everything would be documented, I was repeatedly told to call instead. I felt my concerns were dismissed, and I was spoken to in a rude and unprofessional manner. The only resolution they offered was to refund the cost of the parts, not the full amount I paid. They also wanted the parts they had installed returned. I repeatedly asked how I was supposed to know that my original parts would actually be put back on my vehicle, but I never received a clear answer. I kept telling them that After trying to resolve the matter directly, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because I felt I had no other option. Definitely do not recommend.

Moberg's was able to tell him exactly what needed to be done and performed the required work for $1200. So, I just recently brought my 2009 Honda Fit in to get the clutch replaced and diagnose a screech when I started in cold weather. Mike was able to diagnose that I did not need a new clutch and the screech was most likely from a worn serpentine belt. Total $150. They could have easily just replaced the clutch and made a lot more $ and I wouldn't have known the difference. Now that is remarkable (shouldn't be but in these times it is). I would tell anyone to go there for good, reliable, honest work.

Andy has now installed my second radar detector hardwire (for Escort Passport 9500xi). My wife's car, a Porsche Cayenne S, has a nightmare hard-to-find power source that another dealer was unable to track down. I think my car was a bit easier, but still not fun. The price was totally fair, the information provided on the install and some other various car tuning questions was very thorough and honest. Andy made sure that he explained pros and cons of placement of the radar detection mute/lockout button, what would work best and not so well, etc. Great to find a passionate owner who takes pride in the work and in his establishment. They took what was the tired 13-year-old Fiat coupe with 69,000 miles on it. And they basically turned it into a new vehicle that has 2500 miles on the tires up restoration. Consumables were replaced, marginal items were replaced, new rubber and tuning the engine and the drivetrain. And because they did such a fantastic job it made sense for us to continue forward we had the interior redone and a European retrofitted screen that's actually built for the Fiat 500s. Wouldn't have done that if the work didn't turn out as good as it did. Just took it in the other week for an annual physical. One of the senior guys drove my car in to the facility and he said "she's got something knocking under there". (Nothing I ever heard but guess what? he hit it right on the head. And even that was under the warranty for the work that they had done. I would also add if it wasn't covered the price that was going to appear on the invoice was minuscule for parts and labor no arguments! The hell with comfort I'm driving it out to California to see my daughter this year! I believe the $$$ tab came just slightly over the Blue book value of the car. I couldn't be more thrilled. We talked about a lot of things here a lot of work that's been done on this car please if you have questions talk to them they'll welcome your inquiry and I don't want to mislead anyone. I said "WHAT?!" This guy just checked it for probably 45ms and decided to still milk me after I told him no, then he calls me back 40m later saying he found a cheaper part for $900, embarrassing. My car died right there in the car wash when it happened so I felt like I had no choice. I just bite the bullet and paid him $200, plus a 10% fee for using card, very embarrassing. DO NOT GO HERE, THESE GUYS WILL RIP YOU OFF. Oh and I also got the car fixed by just cleaning my battery harness, no alternator changed needed.
