We've used Bullseye for three projects at our home and have been very pleased and impressed each time. Most recently they added to our breaker panel and routed power to a new outdoor sauna. It was a complicated project: Journeyman Ramon and Apprentice Mason were diligent, clear and obviously skilled. After having breaker box issues from running an airconditioner and fan at the same time,contacted this company on Monday morning and had a tech out by 3 that afternoon. Nick was the best experience I have ever had with a contractor who took the time to explain the problem and troubleshoot possible remedies. Because our home is 50 years old this year my husband and I expected that we would need to replace the breaker box. Nick checked it out and with a few tweeks said it was good to go. The electric situation was resolved and he showed us where we could have easily had an electrical fire since one of the grounding wires was melted and who knows how long ago that happened. Had a very positive experience with Issac and Karen - the quote was much better than other vendors I'd asked for quotes, and all my annoying questions were answered clearly and with patience. We had exterior 220v wiring and a GFCI installed for a hot tub circuit on our back patio - everything was installed quickly, cleanly, and looks very solid - everything's working great over the last several weeks. Communication was timely and they even got out to perform the work earlier than they had quoted. I'll be using them again for any jobs bigger than I can do on my own. read more

I came across Bullseye because they were contracted with the HVAC company I hired to put a split unit and new furnace. Brian and Ramon came almost 2 hours ahead of schedule and get to work immediately. At first, they encounter some issues of breaking more walls in order to get the electrical connected. However, they came out with solution and going above and beyond to wire it straight from my attic to the basement to minimize holes on my walls. Brian was meticulous, he even caught some electrical work that the HVAC company had missed, they have provided an excellent service, I highly recommend. I came to use Bullseye because they did the electrical work for the HVAC company that installed our heat pump in our newly purchased cabin in Rhododendron. . We had just moved in and while doing the electric work for the heat pump, Brian, a master electrician, discovered several issues with our electrical panel. He fixed them all and has gone on to do other work for us since then. I have to pay a travel fee for him to come to Mt Hood, but I trust him explicitly, so it's worth it. Thank you Brian. read more

Have no idea why there were other bad ratings.....We will keep using them. You might want to discount the ratings done by people who never got any work done from these guys.... I called Bullseye Electric on a Monday because I had many lights and sockets go out in my house with no simple fix I could do myself (the breaker said they were all On). They put me in their schedule the very next day, first thing in the morning. The technician, Robert, found the problem within minutes and was able to fix 3 lights and several sockets, all within a 30 minute time frame. Robert, along with their customer service representative Karen, were very professional and friendly. They were subcontracted to run a new grounding for my electrical panel as part of a plumbing job I had done recently. They were very fast and friendly. I knew that I am going to need to replace the electrical panel at some point and they were able to answer all my questions about that and provide me with a quote, as well as give me some more info on what exact issues were with the one I had and verify that the timeline I was thinking should be fine. While they were running the grounding wire they noticed that I did not have working lights in the garage so they offered me a good deal on replacing the broken fixture while they were there and added another fixture to the other empty box that was already there. The lights in the garage now work great. They were very fast and seemed very knowledgeable. Plus their price for replacing the panel was on the lower end of the four quotes we've received. read more

I was pretty pleased with the work and responsiveness when they were on my commercial remodel job recently. However I've had a great difficulty getting them back to the job site to finish up last minor details . its been about 3 months of continual phone calls and still no job completion. Bulls Eye Electric was a subcontractor in my total kitchen remodel. I found them to be mindful of extra expenses and full of great advice. They were consistent in their timeliness and work ethic. If you are concerned about the amount of a service call, I suggest you obtain a quote first. Most companies DO have a minimum charge for service calls so for myself I would disregard a review where the client was unhappy with the charges. I would not hesitate to hire these guys. They overbid my job and had the ethics to tell me and compensate me. read more

Horrible. Absolutely deplorable service. Let us rewind to October 2015. They were an hour late which angered the guy from the city who was out to turn off the transistor which was being replaced. The company was here to replace some electrical outfits, which they knew we wouldn't have power for, and got angry that -we- didn't have a generator for them to have power for their power tools. What?! The guy left for 3 hours mid-project, didn't finish, had to come back the next day which was totally not convenient for me as I planned for the one day work as was instructed to by these people. The project still wasn't done. He didn't do half the things we paid for. He broke a bathroom fixture and had the gall to saw it never worked despite quite clear proof it had, thanks guy. So now it is April. Guess what still isn't finished? The project. Every time its some half-assed story, more lies and just utter bullshit. We've had an inspector out twice now to confirm not once, but twice, that things were NOT done to code by these criminals. Do not waste your money or your time. These guys are not legit! read more

Isaac responded to my email request very quickly and visited my home to diagnose the problem. The workers showed up and were professional and did good work. The inspector who checked their work even said this company does good work. Overall I am happy with Bullseye. My issue is with Karen. I did ask Isaac what would be involved in updating my electrical box. I could have used a little more information. Nothing was mentioned about expected deposit or payment. I was told to email Karen and she would get back to me within 24 hours. She did email me back to set up a time barely within that timeframe. Nothing was mentioned about a deposit. When I emailed Karen that I would pay by credit card, she emailed me that there is a 2 per cent additional fee for using a credit card. Also, I did not realize that there would be an inspection of the work afterword. Again, Karen called me and expected me to be available the next day for the inspection. Again, this is something that should have been mentioned at my first meeting with Isaac. Or something. In any case, I did not like the way the "business" end was handled. read more

Most unprofessional company I have worked with. They called us to set up an appt. for inspection with L&I, then never showed up. Called back to schedule again and told us we would have to sit and wait all day for labor & industries to show up (per L&I). I called L&I this is not true they can schedule morning, evening or by appt. If needed. Then proceeded to say well since your mother is retired why does she need to make an appt. When they were not happy with what I had to say they moments later called my mothers phone of which I answered they were shocked and confused. The following week the L&I inspector called said I was next on the list for inspection, UM Thanks Bullseye for letting me know you set us up an appt ! Worst ever ! read more

They did come out on short notice and the guy who came was nice but that's the only reason they get a star at all. I had them out to see if they could tell me how much it would cost to work on a outdoor water feature that wasn't working. He bent down and verified there was power to my outlet and said it's probably my pump. Was here for 2 minutes and they charged me $107 for a service call. Absolutely ridiculous. DON'T use these guys. read more
