We hired Reis at Infinity Electric to install two light fixtures. Even though I had to physically help hold the fixtures while he worked, the job was done adequately, so we hired him again for additional work. That turned out to be a huge mistake. He was supposed to remove a 220 line from a swim spa we sold. Instead, he left the line buried with wires sticking up out of the ground. He told my wife the line was "dead," but in reality it was only shut off at the exterior panel- he did not even bother to turn off the circuits from the main panel, which is in the basement of the house, Anyone could have turned it back on, leaving those 220 wires completely live and exposed -- a serious safety hazard and completely not up to code. His "solution" was to suggest we just go to Lowe's and buy some kind of junction box to cap the wires off ourselves. On top of that, he never followed through on installing the two Ring security cameras we also hired him for. He stopped responding and never called back. I understand that leaving a one-star review can impact a business's ability to get work through Yelp, but this situation absolutely warrants it. Leaving behind a dangerous electrical hazard and failing to complete the job is unacceptable, and I cannot recommend this company. read more

Had a really solid experience here - needed help and Reis came out the next day to get rockin'. We haven't been getting power to our doorbell and he was really honest about cost, ways I could DIY, and what a bigger project could look like. He added outlets, replaced switches with motion sensors, installed motion sensitive under-the -counter, hooked up a smart thermostat, replaced five lights in a high vaulted ceiling, and installed two smart fans with lights, one in a high vaulted ceiling. Finally I was not 100% sure what in wanted, and the work posed some challenges, but Reis found solutions and gave me good advice, which he was able to implement right away. Reis also connected me with some good people that did drywall repair and repainting promptly and economically. Reis is a really nice guy, very honest, and great at what he does. Our install was great and we got all we needed from him in an old house. Very hard worker and completely transparent. I would give 5 stars, but I was informed that any brand charger would work for the rebates at PGE along with the Labor. This is only partially their fault as I should have looked myself, as it turns out none of it is covered because I bought the wrong brand charger.
