Contracted Tice twice to do some repairs on my home. The service itself was great. The same technician came to our home both times and did top notch work. My poor rating relates to their billing process. The first service was paid at the time of service. The second was invoiced. When I received the invoice after the second service, it included the charges for the first service and did not reflect my payment. Called the office several times, always got voice mail, left messages and got no response. I expected someone would contact me to resolve the bill. So, life went on and this fell off my radar. Fast forward TWO YEARS and I get a terse letter from them demanding payment. Bill is still incorrect. This time I was able to reach someone, we discussed the problems with the invoice, was told they had no record of my payment. I got a copy of the check, sent it to them and asked for a corrected bill. CRICKETS. Just got off the phone with the collection service they sent my bill to. I dispute the amount. Go back and have them correct it and I'm happy o pay what's owed. All in all, too much of my time and stress for them to do basic math. While the technician was nice he did not show up with the proper equipment, even though I was clear what I needed . I requested an electrician to change my plug to either a 3 or 4 prong for my new Samsung dryer. He had to leave to get the equipment. I didn't think much of it. He was nice it took him maybe 10-15 to actually perform the job. It took a few months to get the bill, which I paid immediately. Because that's how I roll. I didn't say anything when I paid it, but I think it is outrageous to charge for the time it took him to go buy the proper part . I expected the min hour plus to pay for parts. They had the gall to charge me for him going to the store to get what he needed. These people appear incapable of carrying around what they need and have no qualms charging for their time in their vehicle to go buy what they need. Unprofessional . They were willing to work with my schedule. They responded to email's quickly, and were quick to answer phone calls. The office staff is very personable and happy to verify that I was still on the schedule since so much time had passed. Ian came to my home on the appointed day, exactly at the time he said. He was very professional and knowledgeable to project I wanted done. I wanted 50 year old outlets brought up to more current standards.
