As I sit here 7 hours later, my feet still feel soft! The *only* reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because I am a real high maintenance gal with extractions. Like SUPER high maintenance. I believe manual extractions should take at least 20 minutes. At least. And while she had a pretty cool little machine that she used to extract, there were no manual extractions, and I know I walked out with some blemishes still intact. To me, monthly facials are for maintenance. I probably would go back to Donna when I need a little serenity.

I was really interested in the Beauty Bar by Karla services as I looked online at her website so I could inquire. Karla was super busy as she had 15 min slots from 10am-2pm almost completely filled up so Lauren, her assistant was able to answer my questions and if she didn't know, she'd pop in to ask Karla between appointments. I did get a chance to ask a quick question to Karla and ended up signing up for an appointment esp since it was discounted for the event.
