I never heard back and ended up making a call to the store and having to leave a message. Then someone called and went over the problem and said someone would get back to me. Crickets. Then a week later an email from a "Customer Experience" person saying they wanted to troubleshoot over the phone. Fair enough. Then I solved the problem myself. I let him know but never heard back, such as "Great!", or, "Let me know if you have another problem", or...anything. Those crickets again. If you are thinking about any kind of window treatment and you live in the Austin area, start here! It took three months, start to finish, to get new treatments installed on every window in our 1700 square foot house. Justin patiently walked through options with us, consulted on colors, went through samples to get us the right order for every room, and then came back and installed everything when it came in. We had some minor trouble with the back door, and Justin reordered the blind, came back out, and reinstalled it for us. I think this is the best experience we've had with any home update so far.
