The indoor shades worked great. A little while later, I called Budget Blinds to see if they could install a shade that could lessen the direct sunlight that blasted our living room. Michael installed an outdoor shade spanning the 18' of our back patio. At first, things went fine. Problem solved. But within a few of months of daily use it became apparent that the outdoor shade wasn't quite working out. At this point, a lot of companies would have jury-rigged sone half-hearted, good 'nut solution, blamed the manufacturer and walked-away. Not Michael! He kept at it, going back-and-forth with the shade manufacturer working the issues until the manufacturer eventually shipped a new, more robust shade. It took three months, start to finish, to get new treatments installed on every window in our 1700 square foot house. There was no one at the shop despite saying their hours are 8:00-5:00. So I called from the parking lot and got put through their AI hell, which will not let me simply bring the blind in, but insist they come out for a measurement. I HAVE THE BLIND!!!!. - is it too much to ask that I provide to you all the information and the blind and you order me a new one?
