I didn't think that this would be followed through on, but when I arrived back at LAX, I turned on my phone and received three text messages saying that my driver was on-site and waiting, and the other messages gave the driver's name and contact number. The driver, Clyde, was in contact with me while I got out of the gate and waited through baggage claim and it was easy to spot his vehicle when I got out of the terminal.
