My friends and I had a horrible experience being racially profiled in this store. We were yelled at and accused of stealing just because we were browsing and not Caucasian. The police were even called to check on us but because we had not done anything they couldn't stop us. It's extremely unfortunate because although we are not rich college students prior to going to the store we had even gone to get cash since it was only cash only. I never wish the worse on people but honestly the fact that this store is going out of business is such a relief because I don't wish to have any other poc have to experience the same thing my friends and I did. read more

Great little boutique and where I go to buy gifts and to sometimes treat myself. The staff has always been helpful, even when the store is busy. Always new treasures to find. Was never greeted throughout my whole experience. Horrible customer service. Employee was by herself taking pictures at a mirror. When asking for help she had the audacity to say "hold on one second" then never came over. Way to pricy, would rather buy the products straight from the producer than through the shop. Went in the store for the first time last weekend while waiting next door for food. I really try to support small businesses when I can. However, I was disappointed in staff's attitude and knowledge of products. Was not acknowledged for about the first 10 minutes I was there even though it was not very busy. When I had a question about a certain piece of jewelry the person helping me (who was not very helpful) could not answer my question and just kind of walked away and started doing something else. I was hoping maybe asking someone else or trying to find more info for me might be what she was doing but no. I was just kind of left there. I have been to Zinnias across the street and this store is a blatant rip off of it. Overall did not feel very welcome in the store and am not impressed by the selection of items they have ripped off from the store across the street. read more

This is by far the most beautiful gift shop located in Scott's Valley, for every special occasion, to just decorating my house for the upcoming holiday or season change, they have it all. I love the support of local artist, it's a real treat to see art work from my own personal friends, family, and neighbors. When I walk in the owner is so friendly and helpful especially when it comes to her jewelry or amazing cards and gift ideas, most of which are designed by or our local artist. Knowing that the owner supports our community in so many ways makes just window shopping an absolute pleasure. Her staff is always very pleasant, greeting each customer with a great smile and ready to answer any questions.
