I decided to go with Steve as his quote was nearly 3 times less than my other go-to guy I have used on many occasions in the past. I am so glad I did! Not only did Steve address the main area of concern, but also cleaned and touched up areas along the bottom portion of both sides of the front spoiler you cannot even see (unless you crawled under to have a look). I had gone to seven other Body shops throughout the area, and had been greeted and given quotes…read morefeeling as if I was dealing with folks that were real slick at trying to tell me that the price I was being given was some 'fantastic' price and getting the distinct feeling I was dealing with either a con artist or some super slick salesman. Every one I went to. And prices that just seemed nearly outrageous as well. Then I came to Steve's Mobile Paint and Dent Repair shop. I could tell immediately I was dealing with a 'normal' business owner that would prove to me that he wasn't some one trying to make a fast buck, or lay some sales pitch on me how it's going to be some outrageous amount. I'm not sure how to put it in words well, but the bottom line is that I immediately felt I was dealing with an HONEST, and Considerate person who genuinely wished to help me and not find ways to gouge me in price nor the 'con' job of what needed to be done. In fact, he showed me how some of the body defects were in fact something that could be buffed out easily. All the other seven body shops had just tallied that area of concern as requiring well over a thousand dollars to 'repair' - when in fact, it was a simple buff and polish and gone, at well, well less that the thousands all the other shops had told me it would cost. What I've learned out of all these shops I had gone to, is that they will attempt to make you believe you need to pay thousands when often some of the 'defects' could be done at a huge fraction of the price. Could Steve had done what all these other body shops had? And got me for much more than what they all knew could be done for less?? But he didn't. That is HONESTY. That is INTEGRITY. That is a GOOD and FAIR businessman!!! He's ONE man that I would trust anytime to repair my vehicle, and would come back again and again. And, anyone that values honesty and integrity, coupled with excellent work and service, would never go anywhere else!

Initially just called into to repair some stucco and refresh the paint, they were able to quickly find and repair plenty of old wood in need of repair (including the removal of an old gate + building of a custom replacement) and accommodated it all with very reasonable prices and while sticking to the ballpark timeline. The before and after photos we have speak for themselves, can't believe just how many stucco patches were achieved and are blended into the existing work, and completely vanished once the final paint was on. I have dealt with my fair share of Tesla service centers and collision centers, both first and…read morethird-party. I have owned a Tesla since 2014 so let me tell you, I've see some ****. With that said, TSK Tesla Service is the absolute best service center I have ever been to in my 12 years of owning a Tesla. Had a hit and run happen to me, and with the help of some law enforcement, was able to get info from the other side. I came here for a quote and Sam was very helpful in giving me an accurate estimate (it ended up being very close in the end) and also explaining to me the process of the insurance. Had I listened to the law enforcement, I would have been dealing with a much longer case, as Sam recommended I do not get my insurance involved at all and only file with the opposing side. I dropped off my car in the first week of February and got my car back in the first week of March. Most of the delay had to do with insurance and supplements and adjuster approvals/rejections which opposing insurance kept trying to involve me but Sam was glad to take care of everything when I forwarded the communication to him. I was probably a pain in the butt calling them and asking for an update every week but Sam and Sergei were very awesome people to work with. They were able to provide me a rental for the duration of the repair and it was a equivalent/higher model than my car so that was nice. On the final day upon pickup, the repair was done perfectly and they also ended up fixing a hinge issue with my trunk that they noticed while working on the car. This was a very pleasant surprise, because since I purchased my current car in 2023, Tesla's official service center has repeatedly told me that there is no hinge issue with my trunk despite me bringing to them multiple times for closure and striker issues. I said NOTHING to TSK about it and yet they noticed and fixed it. That's some stellar service right there, going above and beyond what the expectation was. Picking up the car, the exterior and interior was all cleaned up very nicely and some light detailing was done. Got some cool merch too from TSK which is always a nice touch. Small things like that show that TSK really does care about their customers. Glad to also hear they are opening up another location in Santa Ana, so I could recommend it to my parents who live closer over there. Thanks for everything, TSK!

This company TSK charged over $22,000 in repairs for my Tesla model 3. The parts they put on were…read moreused and aftermarket parts. I received my car back and they changed my caps that were over my rims to an aftermarket product without my consent. They put back one of my cameras back incorrectly which caused condensation to build and over time it caused my cameras to malfunction. I have the have sent them the estimate to pay Tesla fot the repair to be done right and they are not responding to my request or the request from my lawyer so now I have to go through legal action to get them to do the right thing. Don't get your Tesla repaired at TSk they are a scam. They lure you in with free car rental, to pay your deductible but the price you pay with a poor job done is not worth it. Also they joy ride in your car from place to place. I caught them in my car going to food spots. I received my car back with wires and carpet fibers on the floor of the car, there was overstay on my car. They did not leave the proper clearance under my car and when I parked at a spot I always parked at in my office parking lot, I backed out and my front end was caught and dismantled my bumper by my headlight. I had to take my car back to them for them to do it right. Take your car to a real Tesla collision center for repairs to be done right because they are a fake!!!
