They have really good customer service from start to finish. They kept close contact with me at all time. Sent confirmation emails and even called me the day before to remind me of the appointment. They call back super fast and also super text friendly which is super awesome! As for the job they did, it was amazing service. They asked for $375 and said it would take an hour and 30 but I guess some issues cause them to work for total of three hours. So I was scared they were going to raise the price at the end or something but nope. Still paid same amount, with card! We just leased a brand new car and within a few days somebody lightly scraped against the bumper and removed maybe an 2 inches of paint,no dents or anything. Ralph is awesome!! Since I couldn't visit the shop on Saturday, so he offered me to come to his residence and repair on his day off! And the price is very reasonable and takes around 3 hrs. The best part is Ralph did amazing work! Many others shop said I need to replace the plastic bumper (which need $300+), but Ralph used he magic and repair it and no need to replace anything!! He is so professional and explained the whole process, besides my car has a special paint, so he needed to order the extra paint to complete the job, but he still charged the same price!!! Because of the paint I need to come another day, but that doesn't matter, all Ralph wants is to do a perfect work!! The result is perfect, they really do high quality work and great customer service.
