Set up an appointment to have Eddie take care of a rock chip/deep ding and a scratch on the right rear passenger door of my 2022 Mercedes E350. I had previously taken it to one of those paintless dent repair places and although they got most of the rock damage out, it was far from perfect. Eddie took a look at both the dent and scratch, quickly said, "no problem", quoted me a fair price with a bonus discount, and he was off and running after I gave him the go ahead. One hour and 45 minutes later, the door was restored to the way it looked when I bought the car - truly an amazing job. Not only does Eddie stand behind his work, but his enthusiasm for it is second to none...he truly loves what he does and that is so important when dealing with things like expensive cars that you as an owner want looking perfect. Eddie should be commended for his excellent work and people skills...and so should the entire Bumper Buddies company. I filled out a form on their web site, sent photos with contact info, and within 24 hours, a nice lady from their headquarters called, gave me a rough quote and booked a convenient time that was within a week later. I highly recommend Bumper Buddies far and away as an affordable alternative (with the exact same results) to high-priced body shops that may do great work, but keep your car for days. The amount I paid to Bumper Buddies was also way under what my insurance deductible is and would have been paid had I taken it to a body shop. I had some scratches on the door of my truck. I was quoted anywhere from $1,900-2,200 from different body shops. Those body shops were going to paint the whole side of my truck and it would've taken 4-5 days. Bumper Buddies came to my house and told me they don't need to repaint the truck. They sanded and buffed my door and you can't tell the scratches were ever there. They only charged me $225! I am blown away. This service is amazing. Found the Bumper Buddies business card at my local car wash and thought what the heck give it a try. The dealership said it would be like 1,200 to 1,500 to fix. So I went about 2 years with a nasty scrape on the rear corner panel. I was in a bind as I caused some damage to a neighbor's car in our carpark. It was a gash in the plastic bumper of a relatively new vehicle. I called around and received a wide range of estimates. Upon finding Bumper Buddies, I requested information, received an almost immediate phone call from Ralph and a subsequent quote upon providing pictures. Within 24 hours, the damage was fixed. Ralph showed up with help and fixed the bumper to like-new condition in barely an hour. He stuck to his estimate and did the finest outdoor paint work I've ever seen. There's no evidence of the scratch and the blend was near perfect - something that's not easy to do without repainting and blending a large portion of the vehicle. Bumper Buddies is a very convenient service that I have used twice . I had minor scrapes to the lower side of my car, plus a rear bumper that needed a buffing. I had an early Saturday appointment(8-9 am) that was perfect timing and GAGE arrived right on time and began work immediately after inspecting the damage.
