The heavy rains of February and March of this year resulted in a mystery flooding of both the front and back driver's side footwells of my Toyota Rav4. No matter how many towels I used to blot the water it just kept coming. There were no signs anywhere of how it was getting in and it was starting to smell and make the car undriveable. I have severe scratches on the side of my car from swiping a cement post in my garage. Avo took a few minutes to buff out what he could at no charge and explained patiently and in detail what is required and why the cost would be what it is to repair the car to make it appear as if the damage never happened. I opted not to have the full repair done as it required repainting and was beyond what I want to invest in my particular car but Avo ordered touch up paint for me and applied it to the spots where there was danger of rusting to prevent that. He was honest and didn't try to sell me on doing the full repair but completely understood and respected my decision.
