A lady rear ended me and scraped my back left corner of my Tesla model 3 :-( .. that I just purchased two months prior. It was not a good start to Mother's Day but she was willing to take care of it. I took it in the next day when they were open and told me they would have it ready probably Thursday and at my request because I need it for work they had it ready by Wednesday afternoon!!!! Best auto repair experience I've had. I'm moving cross country at the end of the month, so when I got in an accident a couple weeks ago, I was afraid it would throw off all of my plans. Very, very impressed with the service from this body shop. I needed to order a bumper for my car, have it painted and installed. The quote I received was surprisingly low. It was much cheaper than what I was quoted elsewhere. In fact, the lady at another body shop said that the quote sounded too good to be true. CCC assured me it was OEM, not a "certified" after-market part, ordered it, matched the paint to perfection, and replaced the bumper quickly. The whole process was extremely easy.
