DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE UNLESS YOU WANT IT to be tagged a "total loss" and taken away from you! I brought my car here after a low-speed 10 mph bump that damaged the bumper, grill, 2 front fenders, and a minor leak in the radiator. The car ran fine mechanically, as it always did, and was driving perfectly. Drove it home and to this shop the next day. There were no warning lights on the dash, and it purred as always. Air bags not deployed. The estimate was SO HIGH that the insurance deemed it a "total loss". It was a beautiful, rarely seen 2015 TOYOTA AVALON LIMITED edition, Top of the line, Creme Brulee Mica with beautiful creme leather interior. I was shocked at a repair estimate of nearly $13,000! Insurance said the repair estimate was over 70% of the retail value of $18,000 and therefore deemed it a total loss. The actual repairs could have been done for half that somewhere else. The insurance had already tagged it as "salvage," and Premium Collision was eager to get the car to auction. I wonder why? Look at the photos. Is this car Totaled? No. Upon my inspection, they clearly started to repair it, then stopped. Why? So sad to see this car taken from me because of a ridiculously high repair bid. The people are very nice here, and have lots of certificates on the walls, but I'm without a car now. I can't find anything as nice as this beauty. I took it to the wrong shop. Something's fishy. I recently brought my 2002 Lexus SC 430 to Premium Collision Center to have body work done which involved damage on almost all sides of vehicle. When I dropped off the car the Premium employee carefully went over the vehicle to make sure I understood what was going to be repaired and painted and was given a date when the work would be completed. I received a call the day prior to the completion date that the car can be picked up on the date promised. When i picked up the vehicle the car looked new.
