As you walk to the prominent service counter you notice a comforting odor of WD40 and engine oil, think of it as a sign. It has now been well beyond that timeframe, and I still have not received my refund. When I contact customer service, I get conflicting information--either that the refund is on the way or that I can only receive store credit. The communication has been poor and inconsistent.
