We paid the fees, got the truck home, and it still wasn't repaired. They tried to put in cheap parts in our brand new truck. Then they charged us another $1,100 for a tail light . They took advantage of us and should have done the quote right the first time. To top it all off the main service guy STOLE personal belongings from our vehicle. We found out because when we went back to his office OUR belongings were on his desk. Shame on him. The management here is awful and can't be trusted. Hargey the owner needs to get his team and company back in line to provide better customer service.

The workers and mechanics were nice, honest, and straightforward. It's been almost a year since I got it done and have had ZERO problems. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

However, in my opinion, from the standpoint of someone garnering quotes for a future mirror replacement, the receptionist or customer service associate who answered the phone did not have a good enough concept of (potential) customer relations. After a truly harrowing, somewhat traumatizing freeway experience, I thought the person answering the phone would at least have some kind of empathy or even just a professional, friendly tone. My initial request to speak to a mechanic or service advisor was ignored. Anyways, I volunteered info about the make, model, year and color of the car, but she only seemed interested in the VIN number, which I provided. Any other place asks for all of this info. She actually said I read the VIN number too fast at the end of my reading of it, which makes no sense as I never read numbers that fast out of courtesy. I even took the extra step of making sure she got the letters correctly, but, again, she did not appreciate that. Instead, she rather unprofessionally and abruptly ended the entire call. I've never had this kind of low vibration, low intelligence customer service from any auto-related business. So, I called back and left a message thinking perhaps the owner would contact me either the same day or the next, to no avail. Every other business I have contacted, from dealerships to independent repair and body shops, have had much more impressive and professional communications.

The owner, Kevin and I always kid around and have a running joke about a bench outside for when I visit so I have a place to smoke my cigar. Even now that I have moved far away from Cillis I still drive up for all my service needs. They do take you home and pick you, within a reasonable distance of course, but because I am so far away I either Uber my way back home and back, or go hang out with friends for the day. Quiet a while ago I had about $10K in damage from a read end collision, they made my vehicle look like new, and service after the repair is without equal.

Said car was needing a test drive, I asked for a picture of the odometer, received no response after we were in "constant" communication via text (I say this loosely as she wouldn't pick up my calls, but would text me while I was on hold). Paid our deductible after a month our vehicle was in the shop, get inside with incorrect tire pressure from 2 of the 4 tires. We go inside, they put air in, just for us to circle in their parking lot to notice there was a knocking sound. Go back in, yet again, for them to tell us "oh yeah xyz is also broken." Wouldn't that be something to bring to our attention before we pay money to get our truck back? Also as we requested a rental since we turned it back in (obviously) the white girl inside had an attitude. We shouldn't have to ask for updates, but again, when we ask, they're annoyed and give vague answers. Then the Hispanic lady wasn't any help either. Funny enough, the owner Kevin Williams, comes in at the perfect time after the verbal altercation and assisted it well; but when I was telling him what happened, the white lady says "that's not what I said but okay" funny she had a lot to say when confronted to her boss yet little to nothing when asked for an update. Overall, do not leave your vehicle here. Kevin in front, black man, Hispanic lady and white lady have a bad attitude, Miguel maintenance manager didn't communicate, Xochil didn't want to answer calls.

But there were lights on the dash were lit up that were NEVER on before-so I returned 5 minutes after driving away, and this big shot guy says, "oh, they were on when you brought car in" then shows me a copy of Diagnostic report they did after I had left the car, indicating ABS/VSC/TRAC faults...they did something to get those lights on & refused to admit it and fix it!!! I had to go to our "regular mechanic" who did diagnostic & said those lights were on after being "unplugged + wires disconnected" & so my Mechanic fixed them. I should never have driven the car away & should have insisted Caliber fix it-.... But they said it was like that-when I came in which is Bull** and a total LIE!!! My rental car had returned so I then paid $169 For my mechanic to fix these "faults" I'm complaining to my insurance company -this place is on the list they "recommend as having a lifetime warranty on their work" I am Sorry that paid them my deductible of $1,000.!! DO NOT USE THEM!
