Went on a Saturday at lunch time and ordered the Bun Bo Hue. It was very flavorful and hit the spot to satisfy my noodle soup craving. The menu is small but I do want to come back and try the Banh Canh.

Delicious food, fast friendly service and decent prices. The portions are great. I doubt you'll finish the bowl. I got Bun bo hue and Saigon pizza. The pizza had a great rice toasting on the bottom. The meat on top was real savory. Noodles in the soup are perfect.

This is my second time here, I think my first time here is during their soft opening period, August 2025. I was with my friend for a girl's day date. Was greeted immediately upon entering the restaurant. It doesn't have much seating, maybe 10-12 tables? I was seated right away and he brought the water, setups, and menu. I waited for my friend to arrive before ordering, giving her a chance to look over the menu. I already knew what I wanted... the Bun Bo Hue (it's what I got last time and really enjoyed it). It comes with a giant plate of veggies that I add to my bowl, along with some shrimp paste, chili crisps, and lime. I stirred it all up, made sure that the vegetables are soaking in the broth. The pork hock and beef were super tender and they gave you a generous portion of it. Very flavorful and definitely hit the spot on this cold day. My friend got a Thai tea and Bo Ne. The baguette that came with the dish is absolutely amazing. Crunchy on the outside and super fluffy on the inside. I took a piece of it and dipped it in my soup. WOW!!! Next time I go back, I'll be sure to ask for a baguette for my Bun Bo Hue. She said the Thai tea is not overly sweet, which is enjoyable. I would like to try other dishes on the menu, but I just can't pull myself away from what I like. Maybe next time!

My sister took me and the family to this cute little restaurant specialized in Bun Bo Hue and it didn't disappoint! We got seated and ordered within 5 mins. We each got a bowl and it was so delicious! I love the broth and the amount of meats and topping they give! The price is a little bit more than average but it is truly quality! I will for sure come back!

Not yet. This is a generous rating b/c it's a mom & pop during their soft opening. =. Ambiance is popular, busy, rushed and chaotic. They are in their soft opening phase and still have many kinks to work out. Their wait list is not orderly, poor time estimate by 96%. Likewise, there is NO Order on when your waiter will make it to your table. The waiter served tables that were seated AFTER us, before he made to our table like 10 minutes. Definitely not FIFO. They NEED to move stainless water cups from their buss dolly and away from children's reach. Same goes for their condiment dishes on the counter. We witnessed 2 different families' children touch and play with them and the staff weren't aware! +. Food is authentic Vietnamese street food. Menu is small... mostly soup based. I felt like having brunch so I tried their bo ne. It was nicely presented but quite salty. Partly b/c they forgot to serve my roll even after asking for it twice. Even with the half warmed roll, it's not a dish I'd have again. My friend had their name sake, BBH and doctored it up to her liking. She found it very similar to how she had it in Vietnam. +. Price is little higher than typical pho restos around Atlanta. Approximately $20-$30pp. -. Service is friendly but unsatisfactory. Our wait was about an hour due to their mishap. Then the wait service was lacking and bumPy. Missing roll that took 10 minutes, while my food got cold. We weren't provided flatware, dishes weren't served at the same time but 15 minutes apart, etc. Unsanitary cups and condiment dishes. These aren't entirely staffs' fault but clean serving dishes shouldn't be in reach of any children. The staff weren't aware the children had played with them and also shouldn't put clean cups on the shelf below dirty dishes. +. Parking is free and shared with other merchants. It'll be a long while before I'd try this place again. It took over 2 hours for an average meal with too many mishaps. Bring your patience if you visit. MY RATINGS - - - Inhumane -- Disgusted - Don't bother =. Missed the Mark +. Good ++ Better +++ EDIBLE... WHERE have you bee my LiFe!

Let me start off by saying that Vietnamese food is my top cuisine of all time. I LOVE Viet food! And have tried many places in Orange County, Bay Area, and Atlanta! This is the best Bun Bo Hue that I've tried!! If you like spicy flavorful soup, then you should try this place. The broth isn't as oily as other places I've tried. It's light and leaves me feeling good after. They give good amounts of meat and noodles per bowl. Service is always fast and the people here are nice and friendly. Ambiance is casual, clean, and lively.

(4.5 stars****) For starters I want to recognize the staff here, the workers are SO kind and attentive, it really makes a huge difference! Now, the reason I give this place a 4.5 instead of 5 is the fact that they're called Bun Bo Hue kitchen but I thought the Bun Bo Hue was pretty bland....(in my opinion) Along from the broth, the meat, noodles, and veg were all amazing the sizzling steak plate and Saigon pizza were DELICIOUS. I would definitely recommend the Saigon pizza it was so crispy/ flavorful 10/10

I've been wanting to try this place since it opened and I'm very glad I did. I'd never had bun bo hue and being a fan of pho and Vietnamese food in general I had to remedy that. I ordered the titular soup and a side of their umami wings and they were both fantastic, but the star was the bun bo hue. Delicious broth, ample protein, and fresh veggies it was delightful on a cold day. I conferred with the staff to make sure I prepared mine correctly and they were incredibly kind and helpful. I believe the owner or at least head chef was there that day and she was a delight as well. Service was fast and attentive and the vibe of the staff cooking behind the counter was playful and inviting. I've been back a second time for the bun bo hue and tried the meatballs this time, also incredibly delicious and paired with a crispy baguette to sop up the tomato gravy. If you love pho or just good hearty soup, give bun bo hue a try, it has its own thing going and it's delicious.

The restaurant is in a plaza, so there are plenty of parking spots. The restaurant doesn't have a big sign yet, but you can see their logo and name on the front door. I took my parents here for lunch, and it was packed, probably because today is a holiday. They're still in their soft opening period, so the operation is a bit of a mess, but the staff are very nice, friendly, and working really hard to make up for it. They're definitely understaffed. There's no host, no waiting list, and no proper line. It's first come, first served in the sense that if you see an empty table, you can seat yourself. If you're waiting outside and someone else walks in and sees an open table, they can take it, even if you've been waiting longer. So if you're visiting as a group and the restaurant is full, it's best to have at least one person wait inside to grab a table as soon as one opens up. There were only two servers covering the entire restaurant: taking orders, bringing water, utensils, and food. It would save everyone time if napkins, utensils, and condiments were already set at the table. But maybe they're still figuring things out. Right now, the tables are completely cleared between customers, so every time new guests sit down, the servers have to run back and forth for all the basics. Since it's a soft opening, the menu is very simple, just five items and soft drinks. Our table had three people. After placing our orders, the chicken wings were brought out and left on the table, but we had to wait quite a while for two sets of utensils. They were so busy that even though we asked multiple times for the third set, it never came, so I ended up grabbing it myself from the utensil cart. We tried 3 out of the 5 dishes on their menu: - Bún bò Huế: Tasty, but a bit too spicy. It's supposed to be spicy, but maybe next time I'll ask if they offer a milder broth option. - Bánh canh: The broth was good. The noodles were a bit too thick and large for my taste. The shrimp and quail eggs were fresh, which I appreciate. Many places use canned quail eggs, but this restaurant uses fresh ones. - Umami wings: Not greasy, which is great. I liked that the flavor wasn't overly salty or seasoned. You check out at the cashier, but when they asked for my table number, I realized there were no numbers on any of the tables. A server had to come with me so I could point out our table, and he could identify the number. Even then, they got the order wrong. I listed everything we had, and he read back something completely different. I had to repeat our order several times. Luckily, I had included a special note with our order, and they were eventually able to find it, but it was logged under the wrong table number. All in all, the food, especially the noodles, was good. I'll likely return once things are more organized or when it's less crowded. For now, takeout might be the better option.

Bun Bo Hue Kitchen used to be a catering business that recently came to life as a restaurant! When I visited, they were still in their "very soft" opening so there are very limited items on their menu, maybe seven items or so? The staff are very friendly and will come around to ask how you are doing so it seems like they value feedback. There is an okay amount of seating inside. We got the Bun Bo Hue, which is what this place specializes in. I thought it was pretty good, especially the meats! The cha lua or pork sausage was really tasty with a kick of black pepper noticeable in each bite. Although I will say the broth tasted a bit too sweet for me initially, but after adding chili oil it helped a lot. I think this place has a lot of potential. I want to go back to try the other items on their menu, such as the Saigon Pizza, Umami Wings, and Bo Ne. I would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a hearty bowl of noodle soup as well as other unique items that you may not find at a typical Vietnamese restaurant.

When you have BBH in your name. I expect it to be top 3 BBH within 15 miles radius. Unfortunately this is not the case. The flavor is mix between Hue style and Da Nang style where it was neither good for either style. The broth was not flavorful enough. The "nam" or flank is not tender enough yet. I opted out of the pork. The cha is typical. Veggies were pretty fresh. I also tried the xoi chien which was pretty good and crispy. My friend said mi quan was decent. But we were a little let down as the BBH did not make our top 3 list.

I think the people who work there are extremely kind they greet all their customers and try to make sure everything is good. I have to say I went on a random Thursday and it wasn't super busy so the service was fantastic! I will say it's kinda expensive vs all the other Vietnamese places. I love the original Banh canh cua with the crab pieces in my soup better than the fried soft shell crab. I got a side of pork blood and it was fantastic! The softest I've ever had. The noodles were home made and were great and the soup was very flavorful! The Saigon pizza was good too!! You must eat it when it's fresh and crispy. I loved everything. I can't wait to bring my family here. I hope that the service and food continue to be consistent like this.

When I eat at many Japanese or Korean soup restaurants that don't rely heavily on MSG, I rarely get headaches afterward. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case here. I ordered the bún bò Huế, a spicy and rich Vietnamese noodle soup originating from the central city of Huế. Traditionally, it features a bold, savory broth flavored with lemongrass, shrimp paste, and chili oil, served with thick rice vermicelli noodles, sliced beef, pork (often shank or knuckle), and fresh herbs with crunchy vegetables like banana blossom or cabbage. The portion was generous and visually accurate to the dish, but the broth felt extremely heavy and overpowering for me, and I left with a noticeable headache--something that doesn't usually happen to me at similar soup-focused restaurants. As a side note, the restaurant had a health inspection score of 81 (low B) the last time I checked, which is fairly in line with many older, high-volume ethnic restaurants, but still worth mentioning for transparency. The location is also something to be aware of. It's in a busy parking lot with a lot of reckless driving activity, so be careful when walking--this isn't the kind of place where you can casually stroll through the lot like you might at Whole Foods or Publix. You definitely need to watch left and right. The surrounding businesses include an American Deli and a pizza buffet, which gives you an idea of the overall environment. Overall, Pho Dai Lo serves authentic, bold-flavored Vietnamese dishes, and fans of strong, intense broths may enjoy it. However, if you're sensitive to very rich seasoning or additives, your experience may vary. Im Asian btw I know msg is used in a lot of viet and Chinese dishes and maybe the reasons why I enjoyed this dish. But I do have regret after coming out. It's not cheap either for two person with tip roughly $20 pp. u can get all you can eat buffet or even the Gohan seafood buffet if you think about it.

I think their dishes although prepared authentically are underwhelming in terms of the depths in flavor and really the soul of Vietnamese food. I'm not an expert but I've eaten my fair share of Vietnamese food for a standard issue white girl. The pork patty was dry and likely made at the beginning of the week and just reheated as the week went on. It was pretty bland and had this rubbery overly bouncy consistency and literally snapped when I bit into it. It basically got lost amongst all the fresh herbs too. As you can tell from the photo the Bánh bột chiên was burnt and it ended up being burnt on both sides. The squares were cut too thick...and because they were cut too thick they were on the mushy side even after being overly pan fried. All of the veg was fresh and well cleaned, the rice noodles were not overly sticky and clumped together. The pickled carrot/daikon were tasty. The server I had was attentive and polite. The interior was as to be expected and I couldn't care less that it's a little rough around the edges. A true comfort spot we keep coming back to! My husband and I…read morehave been coming here since before Covid, and it has stayed one of our go-to places for pho. It's huge inside and always busy, but somehow we've never had to wait which is amazing when hunger strikes fast! The prices are a breath of fresh air too. A generous bowl of pho for $13.99 when so many newer spots are charging $17.99+? Yes please! And the flavor has never once let us down, it's warm, rich broth that tastes like comfort in a bowl. We usually order the shrimp spring rolls, but recently tried the grilled chicken spring rolls and WOW...a new favorite. If you only eat halal, they also offer seafood pho which is such a thoughtful and helpful option! It's close to home, consistently delicious, friendly service, and open late honestly everything we need in a neighborhood spot. We always leave full, happy, and already talking about our next visit.

I've been a loyal customer of New Super Pho for a long time. My family and I (brothers, children,…read morenieces, nephews, in-laws) dine in regularly, and I always leave a generous tip--often $25+--because the food has consistently been good and the staff has usually been great. Unfortunately, tonight was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. We arrived almost two hours before closing, and the restaurant was not busy. Despite that, our food came out very late, with half of it being served when we were already preparing to leave. It was also my husband's birthday, and since we run a business ourselves, it's hard for us to plan outings--so this was meant to be a simple, enjoyable dinner. I ordered a chocolate cake, which arrived completely frozen. I let it sit for 15-20 minutes, and it was still rock solid, so I had to send it back. On top of that, as we were leaving, we were still waiting on spring rolls and a chicken baguette. It also took a long time just to get the check so we could leave. The most upsetting part: As we were walking out, an older gentleman and our usual server stopped us and asked for a tip. My husband explained that we weren't leaving a tip because the service was poor and extremely slow--specifically mentioning that the younger server never came to our table until around 2:05 AM. Instead of handling this professionally, the server became angry, started kicking us out, and even called us "cheap." We have never been confronted like this before. Business owner to business owner, I would NEVER speak to a customer this way. If service isn't up to standard, getting upset at customers for not tipping is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. The food is still good, and I've always recommended this place to others--but treating loyal customers this way is ridiculous and avoidable. Did they lose a customer? Yes. Will I miss coming here? Yes. Could this have been handled better? Absolutely.
